Week 4 Fantasy Football Rankings: Philip Rivers and 3 QBs Who Will Climb Up
Hey fantasy football fanatics! Has the 2011 NFL season got you feeling down? Has your quarterback had a subpar start to his campaign, and are your buddies giving you guff about it?
Well, never fear because good times are on the way!
That is, if you have one of these three signal-callers on your roster.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers
Philip Rivers has not started the season well, to say the least. The Chargers QB leads the NFL with six interceptions, against just four touchdowns, a ratio worsened by last week's two-pick performance against a choppy Chiefs secondary.
Like San Diego as a whole, though, Rivers tends to start slow. He'll have every opportunity to pick up the pace against the Dolphins, who've allowed quarterbacks to pick up 21.7 fantasy points per game against them—the third-highest average in the NFL.
Jason Campbell, Oakland Raiders
Just ahead of Miami on that list is New England, which has surrendered an even 23 fantasy points per game to opposing signal callers.
The Patriots' nonexistent pass-rush and struggling secondary should be enough to wake Jason Campbell from his current fantasy slumber. Campbell is well outside the top 10 among fantasy QBs, but could easily take a big leap forward in what figures to be a shootout with the high-flying Pats.
Certainly, the Raiders will need Campbell to take to the air early and often just to keep up. With Denarius Moore, Jacoby Ford and Kevin Boss around, Campbell has plenty of options who would be more than happy to oblige him with an aerial onslaught.
Eli Manning, New York Giants
Somehow, someway, Eli Manning just keeps producing. He shredded the Eagles' vaunted pass defense for 254 yards and four touchdowns in Week 3 and should find the going even more friendly against Arizona.
The Cardinals' pass defense is suspect, to say the least, relinquishing 18.7 fantasy points per game to those who "dare" tread on them. If that weren't enough, Eli's got Mario Manningham coming back and a confident Victor Cruz backing up Hakeem Nicks—music to any fantasy owner's ears.
