NFL 2010 MOCK DRAFT !
NFL 2010 MOCK DRAFT !
1 - St. Louis Rams – Ndamukung Suh (DT)
This is pretty obvious. The number one projected pick in all mock drafts, there is no way the Rams will pass him up.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
2 - Detroit Lions – Gerald McCoy (DT)
Lions need to rebuild their defense and picking up dominant Nose Tackle Gerald McCoy would be a great move for them. They also may choose Safety Eric Berry with this pick.
3- Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Eric Berry (S)
Eric Berry is projected the number one safety in the 2010 Draft and much like the Lions, the Buccaneers need to rebuild their once great defense. They will either get Eric Berry or Gerald McCoy with this pick.
4- Washington Redskins – Jimmy Clausen (QB)
The Redskins don’t appear to be very interested in keeping current QB Jason Campbell, so if he departs that are forced to draft a QB or sign one from free agency. Jimmy Clausen would fit very well with the Redskins’ offense. Also, Redskins may want to look at trading down in this case.
5- Kansas City Chiefs – Russell Okung (T)
Right now, the majority of NFL teams need a player like Russell Okung in their team but unfortunately for those other teams, only one team can get the dominant tackle out of Oklahoma. Many Mock Drafts predict Russell Okung falling to the Chiefs.
6- Seattle Seahawks – Trent Williams (T)
With Walter Jones’ retirement from the Seahawks, they are in desperate need of a tackle to try fill his void. They may want to consider trading down at this spot to get more of a bargain but a tackle definitely needs to be taken with one of their two first round draft picks. If I see another person have the Seahawks take Sam Bradford or Jimmy Clausen with this pick I think I’ll explode. Pete Carroll has already announced Hasselbeck will be the franchises QB next year, so why waste a first round pick on a Quarterback. Seattle can always take Jake Locker next year.
7- Cleveland Browns – Joe Haden (CB)
Joe Haden is the stand out Cornerback of this year’s draft. The Browns secondary looked weak all year. The Browns Front Office to fill one of their many weaknesses with this draft pick.
8- Oakland Raiders – Derrick Morgan (DE)
Chances of Richard Seymour staying in Oakland? Slim. Derrick Morgan is an explosive pass-rusher and exactly what Oakland needs.
9- Buffalo Bills – Dez Bryant (WR)
With Terrell Owens’ likely departure, the Bills we need another receiver to accompany speed-freak Lee Evans.
10- Jacksonville Jaguars – Tim TeBow (QB)
Even though TeBow is a risk to take at this spot, I don’t think Jacksonville will risk him not being available in the second round. They may want to think of trading down.
11- Denver Broncos - Rolando McClain (LB)
Rolando McClain is a smart linebacker who can quickly develop into a leader. With Elvis Dumervil’s future un-certain Broncos will take McClain with this pick. Things could change though.
12- Miami Dolphins – Sergio Kindle (LB/DE)
Jason Porter is done in Miami. They need a new, effective pass-rusher and they will find that in Sergio Kindle.
13- San Francisco 49ers – Jason Pierre-Paul (DE)
49ers are lacking on their defensive end department. Jason Pierre-Paul will be a huge upgrade from Isaac Sopaga.
14- Seattle Seahawks – Taylor Mays (S)
Taylor Mays was coached by newly-appointed Seahawks Head Coach Pete Carroll at USC. Carroll may want to take the ball-hawk Safety who he has already taught with this pick.
15- New York Giants – Carlos Dunlap (DE)
Osi Umenyiora has been going down-hill and though Carlos Dunlap can be a handful behavior-wise, Dunlap is a very talented player who could help the Giants.
16- Tennessee Titans – Patrick Robinson (CB)
Besides Cortland Finnegan, the Titans have a weak secondary. I see them taking Patrick Robinson with this pick.
17- San Francisco 49ers – Earl Thomas (S)
With San Francisco’s second pick, they should take talented safety Earl Thomas. He was will be an upgrade to the secondary and they will have one of the most dominant defenses’ in the league.
18- Pittsburgh Steelers – Brian Price (DT)
With Casey Hampton coming off contract, the Steelers’ should look to try nose-tackle Brian Price with this pick. Only if they lose Casey Hampton though.
19- Atlanta Falcons – Brian Bulaga (T)
Matt Ryan had a mediocre season last year compared to his rookie season, and Michael Turner wasn’t as effective either. Drafting Brian Bulaga could help both their passing and rushing abilities.
20- Houston Texans – CJ Spiller (RB)
Steve Slaton wasn’t what we expected this year. And despite mere-flashes of brilliance from Adrian Foster towards the end of the season, he isn’t reliable enough and he may not be able to handle the load of a starting tailback. Grabbing CJ Spiller will help their Special Teams and he can be a playmaker/game changer at any point.
21- Cincinnati Bengals - Nate Allen (S)
Weak in the safety aspect, the Bengals’ will benefit from the acquirement of Nate Allen.
22 – New England Patriots – Jahvid Best (RB)
New England have been struggling for years to find a great Runningback who can take some pressure off of Tom Brady. Jahvid Best may be the answer after Laurence Maroney showed last season that he can’t be a starting tailback.
23 – Green Bay Packers – Mike Lupati (G)
Aaron Rodgers was sacked time after time last season. I believe he was sacked the most times in the league. Picking up Mike Lupati would help them greatly.
24- Philadelphia Eagles – Sean Weatherspoon (LB)
The always-dangerous Philadelphia Eagles would love to upgrade their linebacker core with Sean Weatherspoon.
25- Baltimore Ravens – Jermaine Gresham (TE)
As Todd Heap continues to age and become more injury-prone, the Ravens may want to look at picking up Jermaine Gresham. He’d be a huge upgrade to their receiving-core and help their offense out.
26- Arizona Cardinals – Sam Bradford (QB)
Some people may disagree with me having Sam Bradford being picked near the end of the first round but with Kurt Warner retiring, Arizona may not have enough faith in the former Heisman-trophy winner Matt Leinart. So far, Leinart shows he does not have what it takes to be an elite NFL QB and Bradford has Peyton Manning-like accuracy.
27- Dallas Cowboys – Bruce Campbell (T)
The Cowboys have an aging offensive line. Picking up Bruce Campbell with this pick would help them become one step closer to finally clinching another Super Bowl championship.
28- San Diego Chargers – Arrelious Benn (WR)
San Diego could use another talented receiver to accompany Vincent Jackson.
29 – New York Jets – Golden Tate (WR)
Braylon Edwards didn’t have the impact the Jets would have liked to seen last season. Weak at the receiving core right now, the Jets will look to pick up a good receiver.
30 – Minnesota Vikings – Colt McCoy (QB)
Will Brett Favre play next season or not? Regardless, they need a QB for the future and Colt McCoy is exactly in their range.
31 – Indianapolis Colts – Brandon Spikes (LB)
With the Colts’ not using their franchise tag on aging linebacker Gary Brackett, the Colts’ will likely need a new linebacker. They should choose Brandon Spikes with this pick.
32 – New Orleans Saints – Everson Griffen (DE)
This isn’t a must-need but hey, the Saints are the Super Bowl champions. Why shouldn’t they add another pass-rusher, Everson Griffen to their roster?
