The notable changes Spofford's article mentions are the Packers parting ways with quarterbacks coach Alex Van Pelt and releasing wide receiver Jordy Nelson.
Rodgers didn't hide his displeasure about Van Pelt's departure during an appearance on ESPN Radio's Golic and Wingo on Feb. 1.
"Well my quarterback coach didn't get retained...I thought that was an interesting change really without consulting me," he said. "There's a close connection between quarterback and quarterback coach and that was an interesting decision."
When Nelson was released in March, Rodgers wrote on Instagram it was "a sad day and the toughest part of this business."
Despite the changes, Rodgers isn't completely unhappy with how things have played out for the Packers. The six-time Pro Bowler told Spofford he's "smiled walking down the steps into the meeting room" with offensive coordinator Joe Philbin back in the fold.
