Broncos Unveil Epic 'Beast in a Blanket' Concession Menu Item in New Photo for 2026 NFL Season

Ahead of the 2026 NFL regular season, the Denver Broncos unveiled a new menu item for Empower Field at Mile High on Wednesday called the "Beast in a Blanket."

Created by Aramark Sports + Entertainment Sous Chef Sean Clark, the Broncos announced in a press release that the Beast in a Blanket is a "two-foot grilled hot dog with BBQ brisket burnt ends, goat cheese and sharp cheddar, puff pastry, crispy onions, jalapeño slices, avocado crema, and Mile High secret sauce."

Clark called the Beast in a Blanket an "over-the-top take on the classic 'pig in a blanket' game day snack."

The enormous dish will be sold in Section 128 at Empower Field during all upcoming Broncos games.

After closing out their preseason slate at home against the Minnesota Vikings on Friday, the Broncos' next home game will be their regular-season home opener, which is set for Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sept. 20.
