Brett Brown Says 76ers Can Attend Super Bowl LII If They Win Next 8 Games
The Philadelphia 76ers have extra incentive to keep winning.
Ahead of Monday's game at the Memphis Grizzlies, 76ers head coach Brett Brown told reporters that several of his players have expressed interest in attending Super Bowl LII in Minnesota to watch the Philadelphia Eagles face the New England Patriots on Feb. 4, per Molly Sullivan of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
The Sixers play the Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse the day before the Super Bowl and will be allowed to make the trip from Indianapolis to U.S. Bank Stadium to cheer on the Eagles—so long as they go undefeated over their next eight games.
The 76ers won their last three contests, meaning an 11-game winning streak, in total, stands between them and watching the Eagles play for a first Super Bowl title in person.
