Martavis Bryant Not Fully Reinstated by NFL, Still Unable to Practice
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martvais Bryant's conditional reinstatement to the NFL prevents him from participating in team practices.
Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert issued a statement through the team's official website about the current terms of Bryant's reinstatement:
“Upon his conditional reinstatement in April, Martavis Bryant was made aware it was only the beginning of a process toward a return to being a full contributing member of the Pittsburgh Steelers. We have been informed by the NFL that Martavis is still in the process of being fully reinstated.

“Until that time, Martavis will be permitted to take part in off-the-field team activities at training camp, but he will not be permitted to practice or play in any games."
The NFL suspended Bryant for a minimum of one season in March 2016 after violating the league's substance abuse policy when he failed to show up for multiple drug tests. The 25-year-old was previously suspended four games in 2015 for a violation of the policy.
Bryant was conditionally reinstated in April, with the league announcing he would be eligible to participate in preseason practices and games after "arrangements have been confirmed regarding Bryant's clinical resources in Pittsburgh."
The Steelers selected Bryant in the fourth round of the 2014 draft. He has recorded 1,314 yards and 14 touchdowns on 76 receptions over 21 games in his first two seasons.
