The season finale of HBO's Hard Knocks: Training Camp featuring the Seattle Seahawks dropped on Tuesday.

The defending Super Bowl champions wrapped up the preseason and cut their roster down to 53 players in the latest episode.

It opened on a lighthearted note, as Seahawks players gathered outside of their facilities to eat fried chicken after practice.

The episode also showed defensive tackle Leonard Williams and safety Julian Love reminiscing about their seven seasons as teammates after Leonard signed a three-year, $90 million extension on Thursday.

Seattle went on to face the Kansas City Chiefs in its final preseason contest, which ended in a 9-9 tie.

Seahawks cornerback Trevon Diggs snagged an interception during the game before running to the sideline to give the ball to his mom.

While Diggs didn't make Seattle's 53-man roster, he joined the team's practice squad on Monday.

Seahawks wide receiver Montorie Foster Jr. gained attention throughout Hard Knocks for his unique story, as spent last year working as a substitute teacher and getting his real estate license after he went undrafted in 2025.

Foster ended up earning a spot on Seattle's active roster, sharing the news with his family in an emotional phone call.

Seahawks defensive tackle Uso Seumalo stole the show when he displayed his musical abilities during the team's rookie talent show in the fourth episode, but ultimately didn't make the 53-man roster.

Seattle signed Seumalo to its practice squad, though.

With the Seahawks' roster finalized and preseason in the rearview mirror, they're now set to begin their Super Bowl defense.

Seattle will face the New England Patriots in Week 1 on Sept. 9.
