Giants WR Roger Lewis Has OVI Charge Dismissed After Arrest
New York Giants wide receiver Roger Lewis had his OVI charges stemming from his June arrest dropped on Monday, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com.
Lewis was pulled over in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, on June 4 for "speeding and tinted windows," according to TMZ Sports. But officers told TMZ they "smelled weed and noticed signs of intoxication."
Police also said they found 0.2 grams of marijuana in his car, per Raanan.

Lewis then reportedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test and was taken into custody and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired.
According to James Kratch of NJ.com, Lewis was still fined "$150 plus court fees for driving in marked lanes and $25 for having tinted windows." Kratch added that Lewis was facing at least a two-game suspension from the NFL had he been convicted of OVI, but that "he likely will be clear of any potential league punishment after the dismissal."
Lewis, 23, caught seven passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns in 2016 after making the team as an undrafted free agent. He came into this year's training camp fighting for a roster spot at wide receiver behind players like Odell Beckham Jr., Brandon Marshall and Sterling Shepard.
