Real Madrid Transfer News: Florentino Perez Talks Alvaro Morata Exit Rumours
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has claimed Los Blancos have received no offers for forward Alvaro Morata despite reports of ongoing talks with Manchester United.
Perez told Onda Cero (via AS) there is no desire at the club for Morata, 24, to leave the Santiago Bernabeu:
"Nothing is done. It's not a problem regarding talks. No one wants Morata to leave. I haven't talked to his father, but he is a Madrid player, we're happy with him and no one is thinking about him leaving. I have read somewhere that we have an agreement worth €75 million. I have read it in the papers. But no one has offered us anything and no one has held talks about Morata."

Rumours have been swirling since the end of the 2016-17 campaign—in which Real won La Liga and the UEFA Champions League—that United and the Spanish giants were in talks over Morata.
According to Sky Italia and Sky Sports News HQ, earlier this month Real rejected a £52.4 million offer from the Red Devils for the Spaniard and were holding out for £78 million.
However, if Perez is to be believed, there have been no negotiations with any club over selling the talented forward.
Bleacher Report's Dean Jones reported a deal could be reached with United after Perez was re-elected Real president on Monday:
Meanwhile, according to football writer Fabrizio Romano, the Manchester outfit have already agreed a deal with Spain international Morata, but not with Real:
It would be no huge surprise were Morata eager to leave the Bernabeu as he was not a regular in manager Zinedine Zidane's first team last season.
He started only 14 games in Real's triumphant La Liga campaign—and made 12 appearances from the bench—but still managed to net 15 goals and provide four assists, per WhoScored.com.
He could arguably command a starting spot at a number of top European clubs, including United.
But Perez is clearly not keen to see Morata leave Real, and it will likely take a huge offer to tempt him into allowing the former Juventus player to depart.
