The New York Yankees smoked the Baltimore Orioles 16-3 on Saturday at Yankee Stadium, adding five home runs to the team's season total in the process.
New York has crushed 98 bombs on the season, marking the most through 59 games in franchise history, per MLB Stat of the Day. The club sits tied with the Tampa Bay Rays for the most home runs in the league this season, but the Yankees have played six fewer games.
Second-year outfielder Aaron Judge leads the team in homers, smacking 19 this season to top the majors heading into Sunday's action. Judge's success early in his career has already earned the towering slugger a section of the stadium nicknamed the Judge's Chambers.
