Arsene Wenger Denies Paris Saint-Germain Talk Amid Ongoing Arsenal Exit Rumours
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has categorically denied speculation linking him with the managerial position at Paris Saint-Germain following rumours the Gunners boss could return to his native France at the end of this season.
Wenger's contract at the Emirates Stadium expires at the close of the 2016/17 campaign, but when quizzed on rumours of a PSG move, he told French broadcaster SFR Sport (h/t ESPN FC's Jonathan Johnson): "I formally deny it. There has not been any contact."
Incumbent PSG manager Unai Emery is under pressure at the Parc des Princes despite sealing a fourth consecutive Coupe de la Ligue title for the club after beating AS Monaco 4-1 in the tournament's final on Saturday.

There continues to be a great amount of uncertainty regarding who will lead Arsenal next term, although James Robson of the Manchester Evening News has suggested it seems too late in the season for a Wenger exit:
Some sections of the Arsenal fans once again showed their lack of faith in the Frenchman during Sunday's 2-2 draw at home to Manchester City, where signs reading "Wenger Out" and "#Wexit" were put on display.
Wenger's exit speculation has even reached across to the United States, and The Mirror's Alex Richards posted an image of one disgruntled supporter sharing their views at Wrestlemania 33 in Orlando, Florida, on Sunday:
In many ways, the PSG job seems a good fit for former Monaco coach Wenger, who left France for Japanese club Nagoya Grampus Eight in 1994 before eventually finding his way to north London.
Sunday's result didn't help Wenger's case too much as it left his side stranded in sixth in the Premier League with 10 games left, although Sky Sports pundit Niall Quinn also can't see the veteran boss departing.
"It is far from certain at this stage there will be a new manager at Arsenal next season," the former Gunners striker said. "There is no distinct sense that Arsene wants to go or that the board has the ruthlessness to push him out. My hunch is he will stay."
At the same time, however, Emery's position at the Parc des Princes is on similarly shaky ground, and Johnson highlighted the former Sevilla manager could yet be relieved of his duties in Paris:
A move to big-spending PSG would provide Wenger with financial tools he never had at the Emirates—or at least tools the Arsenal board have been unwilling to utilise when it's seemed the club has needed them.
For now, though, the Gunners boss has remained adamant on there being no negotiations with the Parisian giants, although that could change depending on Emery's future in France's capital.
