FA Cup 2017: Final 5th-Round Results, Scores and Reaction
Arsenal saw off a determined Sutton United side 2-0 at Gander Green Lane in south London on Monday to book their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
The non-league side started strongly but fell behind before half-time when Lucas Perez struck. After the break, Theo Walcott fired in his 100th goal for the club to make the game safe.
The Gunners will host non-league Lincoln City at the Emirates Stadium in the next round, which takes place over the weekend of March 11-12.

Monday Recap
After a determined start from the underdogs against their illustrious opponents, Arsenal eventually took the lead after a break of real quality.
Perez escaped down the right-hand side and, after cutting inside, curled a brilliant low ball into the penalty area. It was a cross that evaded everyone in the box, including the Sutton goalkeeper, and nestled in the bottom corner.
Per OptaJoe, although the forward hasn't featured as frequently as he would have liked this season, he has been among the goals:
More chances came for the Gunners, particularly for Walcott. But they were wasteful in the final third and unable to extend their lead in the opening period.
Sutton's first clear opening came courtesy of a terrible error from goalkeeper David Ospina, who passed the ball straight to Adam May. However, he could only slash his shot into the side-netting a minute before the break.
The home side started the second half well, and Bedsente Gomis left Nacho Monreal with twisted blood before seeing a dangerous shot blocked.

They were made to pay for their profligacy not long after, as Arsenal doubled their advantage. A slick passing move eventually ended up with Walcott finding space at the back post, where the England forward converted with ease.
Per Bleacher Report UK, it was a landmark strike for the Gunners man:
To their credit, Sutton continued to push forward, and they came closest to scoring when the excellent Roarie Deacon, who spent some time at Arsenal as a youngster, rattled the woodwork with a rasping strike.
However, Arsenal had far too much for the fifth-tier side in the end and were able to see the contest out with relative ease.
Weekend Recap

Lincoln captured the imagination of the watching world on Saturday lunchtime, producing one of the biggest shocks in FA Cup history by overcoming Burnley.
The Imps acquitted themselves superbly throughout the match and looked set for a replay with the Clarets. However, Sean Raggett leapt highest in the 89th minute to head the fifth-tier side in front; they held on gamely to become the first non-league side in 103 years to reach the last eight of the competition.
Henry Winter of The Times hailed their win as one of the best in the tournament's distinguished history:
While the National League side earned plenty of column inches over the weekend, some of the top flight's big names moved ominously through to the next round.
Chelsea were confident winners at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday evening, with Pedro and Diego Costa eventually ensuring a brave effort from the Championship side was futile.

On Sunday, Tottenham returned to form in emphatic style, as they dominated London rivals Fulham in a lopsided contest. Harry Kane proved to be far too good for the second-tier side, netting an impressive hat-trick in the 3-0 win.
As noted by The Independent’s Jack Pitt-Brooke, when the forward plays well, Spurs tend to win:
Another goalscorer extraordinaire was on show on Sunday, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic came off the bench to net a late winner for United at Blackburn Rovers.
The mercurial Swede made the second goal in a 2-1 win look decidedly easy, as he finished with impudence on the turn.
Per Squawka Football, the veteran striker has proved to be quite the acquisition for the Red Devils:
Millwall will also take part in the last eight after they dumped out toiling Premier League champions Leicester City with the only goal of the game in the final stages at the Den on Saturday.
Middlesbrough were the other winners, as they stemmed a brave fightback from Oxford United to eventually progress; they will face the winner of Manchester City's replay with Huddersfield on Feb. 28.
