Joe Flacco, Kamar Aiken, Crockett Gillmore's Post-Week 10 Fantasy Advice
Fantasy owners don't have to be concerned with the final score of a game, so the Baltimore Ravens' botch in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday had no bearing on players like Joe Flacco, Kamar Aiken and Crockett Gillmore.
Much like most of the Ravens' season, though, the fantasy results were decidedly mixed with plenty of bad to outweigh the good. Flacco has been the poster child for the problems plaguing Baltimore in 2015.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
On the positive side for Flacco, this marks the fifth time in nine games he's had at least 19 points in ESPN.com standard-scoring leagues and third time in four games he's thrown for at least 300 yards.
The problem is Flacco continues to have problems with turnovers, as his two interceptions on Sunday gave him 10 for the season. He also lost a fumble, and all three of his turnovers came on consecutive drives to start the second half.
The former Super Bowl MVP has only had two games this season without a turnover. There is certainly value in having a quarterback on your roster who is on pace to throw for 4,430 yards, but a pedestrian 13-10 touchdown-to-interception mark makes him no better than a backup the rest of this season.

Aiken continues to be a steady if unspectacular presence in the Ravens offense. He has had at least six catches in consecutive games for the first time this season but been more of a possession guy who doesn't offer much in the way of yards and sparse scoring despite being a 6'2" target.
The Ravens are throwing the ball a lot more because their defense gives up a lot of points, so Aiken, who had 14 targets in Week 10, should remain a viable flex play in the right matchups. A game against the Cleveland Browns' 26th-ranked pass defense in two weeks, for instance, looks particularly fruitful.

Baltimore tight ends are usually reliable fantasy plays. Gillmore, like Aiken, is not a high-yardage play, but he is looking more like a viable red-zone option with touchdowns in each of the last two games.
It helps that Gillmore is a matchup problem at 6'6" and 260 pounds. He's usually good for a reception when Flacco finds him, converting 24 of 33 targets into a catch.
Upcoming matchups against Cleveland in Week 11 and the Seattle Seahawks in Week 14 look fruitful for Gillmore, as those two teams allow more than eight fantasy points to opposing tight ends. He's not yet moved into starting territory, but if you need a backup to fill in for a better option on a bye, you will get solid results.
