Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reported Hicks' testing revealed a torn pectoral, ending his campaign.

Hicks Comments on Injury

Sunday, Nov. 8

While Hicks wasn't sure about the extent of his injury, he did say it's "not terrible," according to Josh Paunil of Philadelphia magazine.

Hicks' Absence Will Hurt Eagles' LB Depth

Before Hicks suffered the injury, he intercepted a Matt Cassel pass and returned it for a 67-yard touchdown to help give the Eagles a 21-14 lead.

Hicks' interception swung the momentum as the Cowboys were trying to break a late-game tie. NFL Network shared a replay of the pick-six:

Hicks has 50 tackles, two interceptions and one sack on the season for the 4-4 Eagles, who should be well equipped to handle any potential absence. Kiko Alonso just returned from injury, joining a unit with Mychal Kendricks and DeMeco Ryans. However, the Eagles will miss a player who was emerging as a key player after being selected in the third round of the 2015 draft.
