Lache Seastrunk Waived by Cowboys: Latest Comments and Reaction
Lache Seastrunk's tenure with the Dallas Cowboys didn't last long, as the former Baylor star was waived two months after signing with the team.
ESPN's Adam Caplan reported the news, adding that Dallas is the fourth team to cut the running back in the last 15 months.
The Cowboys are facing questions at running back this season after losing DeMarco Murray to the Philadelphia Eagles in the offseason. Their current depth chart includes Darren McFadden, Joseph Randle and Lance Dunbar.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
According to ESPN.com's Todd Archer, Seastrunk is a player who was simultaneously fascinating and frustrating to the team.
"Seastrunk has big-play ability, but he has frustrated coaches with his inability to stick with the play that’s called," Archer wrote following the Cowboys' preseason loss to the San Diego Chargers. "He freelances way too much and can turn a two-yard gain into a five-yard loss. That infuriates coaches."
In two years at Baylor, Seastrunk averaged 7.6 yards per carry and scored 19 total touchdowns. He was originally drafted 186th overall by Washington in 2014 but didn't make the team after being released in August.
The 24-year-old showed explosive playmaking skills in college and could get another shot with an NFL team—even on a practice squad—because running back is a position at which teams are always seeking depth.
Dallas seemed like a good fit because of the team's need and he played at a college close to the NFL team. Seastrunk has to prove he can do the little things necessary to stick on an NFL roster, but the ability is still there.
