Michael Beasley and Lance Stephenson were ejected from their first game of the BIG3 season and have been suspended for their second game.
Beasley and Stephenson's suspensions were confirmed by the league on Sunday after NBA insider Chris Haynes first reported that the players, who both play for Miami 305, were each suspended one game following Saturday's fights during the game against the LA Riot.

BIG3 Game Called Off After Fight

Brunson, Hart Confront Stephen A. 😶
BIG3 announced Beasley and Stephenson were ejected Saturday, which meant Miami 305 lost by forfeit because it was down to two players. Beasley and Dwight Howard got into a scuffle, while Stephenson threw a punch at Jordan Crawford following a hard foul.
Saturday was the opener of the new BIG3 season in Los Angeles.
While the DMV Trilogy defeated the Detroit Amps, the Chicago Triplets defeated the Houston Rig Hands and the Dallas Power defeated the Boston Ball Hogs, it was the game between Miami 305 and LA Riot that drew the most attention.
It was the headliner matchup of the opening slate even before the fights with plenty of former NBA players in Howard, Beasley, Stephenson, Crawford and Mario Chalmers. What's more, Miami 305 is the reigning champion in the league.
Its title defense started with a forfeit, and now two of its most notable players are facing a suspension going into Week 2 in Detroit.
Miami 305 is scheduled to face the Detroit Amps in that contest.
The heated interaction between Beasley and Howard was particularly notable since they were actually teammates in the NBA. They both played for the 2015-16 Houston Rockets team that reached the playoffs and lost to the Golden State Warriors in the first round.
Beasley appeared in 20 games that season before playing for the Milwaukee Bucks, New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers the next three years. Howard appeared in 71 games for that Houston squad, which was his final campaign with the Rockets before joining the Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Washington Wizards, Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers.
Howard, who was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the 2025 class, last appeared in an NBA game in the 2021-22 campaign.
Beasley last appeared in an NBA game during the 2018-19 season.
