Arrington has played both wide receiver and cornerback at Mount Miguel in Spring Valley, California. He is ranked as the No. 1 cornerback prospect in the class of 2026 by On3.
He also holds the No. 9 spot among all Class of 2026 recruits on the On3 Industry Ranking.

Arrington chose Texas A&M after official visits to Alabama, Oregon, Penn State and Washington and also considering USC, according to On3's Chad Simmons.
He previously told On3's Justin Hopkins that Oregon and Texas A&M were his final two choices as a "better fit" for him than USC or Alabama.
When asked if NIL offers would make an impact on his choice, Arrington told Hopkins, “I don’t talk about that at all. I just want to go there and play ball. I just want to achieve my dream and my goal. That’s all I’m really thinking about.”
Arrington told Simmons that head coach Mike Elko, co-defensive coordinator Jordan Peterson and co-offensive coordinator Holmon Wiggins helped influence his decision to join the Aggies.
He also told ESPN's Eli Lederman that assistant coaches Jordan Peterson and Bryant Gross-Armiento, as well as the Aggies' proposed development plan for him, helped convince him to join Texas A&M.
"Coach Elko has the program coming up. He is a great coach and I feel I can help the team there," Arrington told Simmons. "Getting on the field early, and having a chance to make a name for myself as a freshman was a big part of my decision. I see a great opportunity at A&M.”
Arrington's commitment adds to a successful recruiting run from Elko, who recently commitments from four-star running back KJ Edwards and four-star offensive tackle Samuel Roseborough.
The Aggies incoming class for 2026 now ranks fourth in the nation behind only USC, LSU and Ohio State, according to On3's Team Recruiting Rankings.
The next major recruiting target for the Aggies will be five-star defensive lineman Lamar Brown, who recently cancelled a visit to LSU after visiting Texas A&M, Texas and Miami, per Fawcett. Brown is expected to announce his decision on July 10, Fawcett reported.
The Aggies are also in the mix for 4-star wide receiver Ethan "Boobie" Feaster, who has previously announced he will make his commitment on July 4.
