The nine-time Olympic gold medalist briefly fell behind her own world record pace around the 450m mark before going back under at 550m.
Ledecky now owns the 10 fastest times ever recorded in the 800m freestyle (h/t Zack Pierce of The Athletic).
She's earned gold in the 800m during each of her past four trips to the Olympics, starting with a victory in the event during the 2012 London Games when she was 15 years old.
The 28-year-old has been stellar throughout the TYR Pro Series meet, as she posted the second-fastest 1,500m freestyle in history on Wednesday.
Ledecky has confirmed that she has her sights set on a trip to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, and she hasn't shown many signs of slowing down in the meantime.
With the TYR Pro Series now in the rearview mirror, she'll prepare for the United States Championships in June and look to secure a spot on the U.S. team for the World Championships.
The U.S. Championships will begin on June 3.
