5 Things for Barcelona Fans to Look Forward to in 2015/16 Liga Season
Barcelona will go into next season as reigning La Liga title holders and may yet be double or treble winners.
Clearly, the 2014/15 season will go down as one of their better ones, but just how do you improve on something so good?
Pep Guardiola managed it in 2009/10 by completing the sextuple and Luis Enrique, even if he doesn't achieve the same in terms of silverware, will be heartened by the talent at his disposal.
Barca fans also might be wondering what's in store and what they can get excited about.
Let's take a look...
A New President

Barcelona, as an institution owned by their members, pride themselves on the democratic rights that their membership gives them.
One of those rights is to elect their president and Josep Maria Bartomeu is the first unelected Barcelona president in history.
Installed purely because he was deposed-president Sandro Rosell's running mate and right-hand man, there has been widespread concern at his tenure.
Lluis Mascaro of Sport is just one local Barcelona journalist to come out and denounce the president.
To make matters worse, Reuters (via the Daily Mail) has noted that Bartomeu and Rosell will stand trial at court because of potential fraudulent activity concerning the signing of Neymar.
Presidential elections were not actually due until 2016 and bringing them forward is possibly the best thing Bartomeu has done for the club.
Unless there is a huge surprise, he will be ousted in the summer making way for a new man at the helm.
New Signings

By the middle of the 2015/16 season, Barca will have gone 18 months without any new faces on the playing staff.
That will all change come January 1, 2016 when the floodgates are expected to open.
If the Catalans haven't already secured players during the summer, only to loan them back to their parent clubs for six months, then Luis Enrique will surely have a transfer war chest to spend.
Were the club to remain as successful as they have done during this campaign then perhaps only one or two new faces will be added, rather than wholesale changes.
However, as any manager knows, squad evolution is vital for morale and keeping players on their toes as a bare minimum.
If the double or treble has been secured and players then think they can be cock of the walk in the early stages of next season, Enrique's studious purchases might bring the players concerned down a peg or two.
More of the Same

Although Barca will say goodbye to players such as Xavi, there will be others coming through to complement what the club already have in terms of first-team playing staff.
The group work well together and there is no reason at this stage to think that their level will drop off significantly in the forthcoming campaign.
Lionel Messi appears to have the bit back between his teeth again, and with both Neymar and Luis Suarez in fine form, as long as none of the trio suffer injuries during the summer, Barca should at least be able to look forward to goals.
Defensively, Barcelona have been way ahead of the competition and will do well to repeat their numbers. But that's what they need to aim for.
More of the same please.
Normality

The last two campaigns have been dogged by allegations of impropriety and underhand dealings.
It has extended to playing staff, too, with Lionel Messi being accused of skulduggery as far as his tax affairs are concerned, per Stephen Burgen of the Guardian.
There was even a suggestion at one stage that Messi would consider leaving Spain because of the invasion into his privacy.
With everything now seemingly put behind them, Barca would surely just like to let the football do the talking again and get back to some kind of normality.
Another Ballon D'Or

Four Ballon d'Ors already mean that Lionel Messi's legend will live forever. Not just in the hearts and minds of Barcelona fans but football fans in general.
Three second-place finishes in the last seven years, too, gives an idea at how close the Argentine has come to closing the door on the argument as to who is the best player ever.
Come the middle of next season, Messi will pick up his fifth "Golden Ball" and leave no one in any doubt as to his genius.
