Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com has more details:
Troy Aikman of Fox Sports thinks it's a smart move by Green Bay:
Kuhn has been a jack-of-all-trades for the Packers in his eight seasons with the team. In 2014, he rushed for 85 yards and a score and caught another four passes for 23 yards while serving primarily as the fullback in front of feature back Eddie Lacy.
He certainly did his job well, as he was voted to his second Pro Bowl in 2014 and also to the first-team All-NFL Team by The Associated Press despite playing just 21.3 percent of the offensive snaps, per Demovsky.
While the Packers lost some players on defense in free agency, bringing back players like Kuhn and wide receiver Randall Cobb is an indication that the team will be just as dangerous offensively as it was a year ago. Aaron Rodgers, Jordy Nelson, Cobb and Lacy might be the sexy names, but Kuhn was an important part of that squad a year ago and was a solid re-signing for the team.
