Projecting a Potential Timeline for Triple H to Become WWE's Lead Creative Voice
WrestleMania season is upon us! And yet it doesn't feel like it, especially from the majority of the WWE Universe.
Since September 2014, the WWE has entered a state of turmoil as a result of the following incidents: Roman Reigns needed to get surgery to repair a hernia, Brock Lesnar, the WWE champion, made his last appearance of the year at Night of Champions, and to make matters worse, its minor league brand fared better than its flagship shows.
The new year emerged with promise. Both Reigns and Daniel Bryan returned, declaring that they'd win the Royal Rumble. Bryan entered No. 8 and made a quick exit. Reigns won at No. 19. The fans in Philadelphia mercilessly booed him out of the building.

Blame the bad booking on the WWE Creative Team, especially with Vince McMahon at the helm.
Reigns didn't face all 29 other WWE Superstars while Big Show or Kane eliminated most of those wrestlers. All due respect, but Kane and Show should not have gotten that opportunity. It slowed everything down and further enraged the fans.
Bryan was their favorite and got a swift kick out of the match. It only got worse.
Many were critical of the Rumble match, including Mick Foley. He stated how the Rumble was losing its luster. Kenny Herzog of Rolling Stone criticized the Rumble and nearly buried the WWE in the process.
The February 2 edition of Raw featured Triple H stripping Reigns of his title opportunity, frankly in order to appease the fans. Yet I'm not sure why WWE decided to do this when our WrestleMania 31 main event will still be Reigns vs. Lesnar.
The main shows aren't the only ones suffering. Dolph Ziggler stopped The Authority at Survivor Series. Now, he's floundering in the midcard division.
The Divas division is at an all-time low. It's not because of the Bella Twins; it's just the allotted time given for the Divas to demonstrate their wrestling skills.
It's still Vince's baby, which is ironic considering how he's watching his show crumble without even knowing it. But luckily, the future is in good hands.
Triple H, the acting chief operating officer, runs NXT. The minor league brand is picking up major talent throughout the world, including Hideo Itami (Kenta), Finn Balor (Prince Devitt) and Kevin Owens (Kevin Steen). They're thriving in NXT while putting on quality matches. And those are just the newest acquisitions.
The NXT Divas are amazing. They're given the allotted time the WWE Divas crave. Paige made her name in NXT, and she now has a prominent role on the main roster. Charlotte Flair, the former NXT Women's champion, could make her main roster debut any day now.
These were all made possible due to Triple H's direction. He's wrestled the wars and is now directing new talent to grow under the WWE's direction. It's only a matter of time until we see Triple H running the main brand.
In fact, it should be sooner rather than later.
Triple H must start running Raw and SmackDown after WrestleMania. Granted, it won't be an easy transition. McMahon is always about the WWE. However, one man is not bigger than the WWE, especially Vince McMahon.
The WWE was once a great company, and it can be again. Roman Reigns can become the next big thing—but under the right guidance. Though it needs time to develop, the Divas division can turn into a powerful force.
The clock is ticking on Vince McMahon. His days may be numbered, and Triple H's time to grab the reigns may arrive sooner than later. The fans grow impatient with every show, and WrestleMania needs to be McMahon's swan song.
The future is now. It's time for Triple H to take his leadership skills to the main roster and usher in a new era that we can all be proud of.
