Super Bowl 2015: Updated Vegas Odds, Picks for All Teams in Divisional Bracket
The 2015 NFL playoffs are in full swing entering a divisional round with plenty to offer, but that will only set the stage for the big one.
That, of course, is the upcoming Super Bowl based in Glendale, Arizona, that will pit the champions of the AFC and NFC in perhaps the biggest single event in American sports. Come the end of the divisional round, only four worthy squads will still be standing for a spot.
With that said, let's go ahead and see where each team's chances stand entering the divisional round, as four will be off the books entirely by the end of the weekend.

Super Bowl Pick: New England Patriots
Perhaps head coach Bill Belichick has taken better teams to the playoffs in recent seasons, but they've never come together through the course of a season quite like this.
Tom Brady and Co. dominated not just the AFC, but the entire NFL throughout a dominant span of the better part of the season. They won 10 out of 11 to close out 2014, not counting a Week 17 loss to Buffalo in which the Pats pulled their starters.
Their spectacular 12-4 season wrapped up home-field advantage, which marked an incredible span for Brady, as WEEI's Dennis and Callahan Show noted:
Not bad for a team that started 2-2 and had millions wondering whether it would be back in this position. Oh, and don't strike down the importance of beating both teams it could play in the next round—Denver and Indianapolis—by a combined 44 points during that span.
But of course, perhaps the biggest test lies directly ahead.
The Patriots welcome the Baltimore Ravens to Foxborough, hoping to rectify their 2012 defeat to Baltimore that led the Ravens to a Super Bowl championship. In fact, New England is just 1-2 against Baltimore in the Belichick era—since 2000.
Rich Eisen noted the familiarity of the two teams:
Maybe Joe Flacco still has the magic playoff touch Saturday, but the Ravens can't boast the same defense that made life a living hell for Brady two seasons ago. It was a dominant secondary that kept Brady under wraps then, but now, the Ravens rank a lowly 23rd against the pass.

Brady's arm will lead New England out of tough waters against Baltimore and into the game it's been preparing for since the offseason—a rematch with Peyton Manning and the Broncos. As they showed back in Week 9, the Pats' revamped defense and strong front seven are a perfect match to thwart Manning and C.J. Anderson at home.
Also, don't forget that perhaps Brady's two best targets—Rob Gronkowski and Brandon LaFell—weren't with the Patriots the last time they faced Denver for a spot in the Super Bowl.
None of those steps throughout the AFC playoffs will come close to comparing to the test the Pats will face in Glendale. Should the top-seeded Seahawks advance on to the big one again, they'll come in with an eight-game winning streak.
As long as the Patriots are healthy defensively, they have a chance to chase down Russell Wilson on the outside and keep Marshawn Lynch somewhat contained.
That's all that Brady will need. His big-game expertise and meticulous preparation will be the difference in getting the Patriots over the hump after two straight Super Bowl losses.
Predicted Super Bowl score: Patriots 27, Seahawks 23
