Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Jets: Live Score and Analysis for Pittsburgh

Mike BatistaNov 9, 2014

The Pittsburgh Steelers' three-game winning streak ended with a thud Sunday. They fell to the New York Jets 20-13 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

The Steelers (6-4) now have something in common with the winless Oakland Raiders. They're the only two teams the Jets (2-8) have defeated this season.

After throwing six touchdown passes in each of the last two games, Ben Roethlisberger threw just one touchdown pass Sunday. It was an 80-yarder to Martavis Bryant that gave the Steelers a glimmer of hope with less than two minutes left, but the Steelers couldn't recover the onsides kick.

Roethlisberger threw two interceptions, both to safety Jaiquawn Jarrett. Antonio Brown also fumbled the ball away twice for a total of four giveaways, the most by the Steelers since they turned the ball over five times in Week 3 last season. Meanwhile, the Steelers failed to force a turnover for the first time since Week 2.

Michael Vick threw touchdown passes to T.J. Graham and Jace Amaro for the Jets.

It's a case of deja vu for the Steelers, who also lost to a 1-8 Jets team at the Meadowlands in 2007. They entered the game 7-2 that year.
