Perfect Home Record

Thus far this season, Bayern have played four matches at the Allianz Arena and won all of them, conceding just once while scoring 12.
The Bavarian outfit have won their last two home league games 4-0 against Hannover and Paderborn and a similar outcome seems likely on Saturday.
Robert Lewandowski and Arjen Robben both scored doubles in their last outing—the Hannover game—and the pair look in fine form.
As does much of the team and summer-signing Xabi Alonso insists they are aiming to get even better as the season progresses, per the club's website:
"If you play for Bayern you fight for everything. We’re doing well up to now. But we want to keep on improving and finish top at the end of the season in the race for the title."
The hosts will be missing central midfielder Thiago Alcantara who recently picked up yet another long-term injury, per 101 Great Goals:
However, Franck Ribery may be involved having returned to training after a knee injury which has seen him play just 22 Bundesliga minutes this season, per WhoScored.com.
Bayern's German contingent—Manuel Neuer, Jerome Boateng, Thomas Muller and Mario Gotze—will all be hurting from their two winless Euro 2016 qualifiers during the international break, but far from that being a positive aspect for Werder, they will no doubt be more eager than ever to return to winning ways.
Werder's Dire Start

In complete contrast to their opponents on Saturday, Werder sit rock bottom of the Bundesliga on four points having not won a game this season.
Bremen did manage to claim a draw last time out against Freiburg but in last season's two Bundesliga matches against Bayern they lost 12-2 on aggregate—including a humbling 7-0 home defeat.
While Robin Dutt's men have been scoring goals this season—they have 10 in seven games—it is at the back where they are having trouble with 16 goals conceded, 11 away from home.
Franco di Santo will likely be their biggest threat in attack at the Allianz Arena, the Argentinian has scored four times in seven appearances so far this season, per WhoScored.com.
However, they will need to vastly improve in defence—their record is the worst in the league—as they go up against the Bundesliga's most prolific scorers.
Anything other than a Bayern win will be a shock and a bonus for Werder but, realistically, they will be likely looking at their next fixture at home to Koln as a much more realistic chance of points.
