Ranking the Top 50 Bowlers in T20I Cricket by Strike Rate
With attention around the globe beginning to now focus on the Twenty20 Champions League, which gets underway in India on Saturday, we rank the top 50 bowlers in T20 international cricket who have taken a minimum of 23 wickets by their strike rate.
All stats courtesy of ESPNCricinfo, correct as of September 9 2014.
50. Angelo Mathews (Sri Lanka)
1 of 50
54 T20Is; 31 wickets; 3-16 BB; 23.9 strike rate
Underestimate the bowling of wily Sri Lanka medium-pacer Angelo Mathews at your peril, with the 27-year-old having snared 31 wickets for his country in 54 T20Is during the past five years.
However, it is Mathews’ stunning strike rate of a wicket every 23.9 balls that really stands out among his stats, and which also goes a long way towards explaining the player’s current ranking as the sixth-best all-rounder in the world in this form of the game.
49. Kyle Mills (New Zealand)
2 of 50
41 T20Is; 40 wickets; 3-33 BB; 21.8 strike rate
New Zealand seam bowler Kyle Mills actually featured in the very first T20I to be staged between the Black Caps and Australia in Auckland back in February 2005, and the player has since gone on to take 40 wickets for his country in 41 internationals.
However, the always consistent opening bowler was still proving his worth for the Kiwis in the World T20 in Bangladesh in March, with the 35-year-old having now taken a wicket virtually every three-and-half overs throughout his career.
48. Mohammad Hafeez (Pakistan)
3 of 50
58 T20Is; 45 wickets; 4-10 BB; 21.6 strike rate
Pakistan Twenty20 skipper Mohammad Hafeez very often takes the new ball for his country with his gentle off-breaks in this short form of the game, a tactic that has brought the all-rounder 45 wickets in 58 internationals.
But it is more the spinner’s strike rate of a wicket every 21.6 deliveries that catches the eye, and also goes some way towards explaining just why the player is currently ranked by the ICC as the joint-eight best bowler in the world in T20I cricket.
47. Dwayne Bravo (West Indies)
4 of 50
50 T20Is; 33 wickets; 4-38 BB; 21.2 strike rate
There is no doubting that West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has the happy knack of being able to pick up crucial scalps in the middle overs for his country in T20I cricket.
In fact, with a devastating strike rate of almost a wicket every three-and-a-half overs, the 30-year-old Trinidadian is one of the most dangerous bowlers in this form of the game that the Caribbean Islands have ever produced.
46. Johan Botha (South Africa)
5 of 50
40 T20Is; 37 wickets; 3-16 BB; 20.9 strike rate
South Africa’s Johan Botha was one of the most under-rated tweakers in T20I cricket during the 40 internationals that he played for his country between 2006 and 2012.
And with a hugely impressive strike rate of just 20.9 throughout that six-year period, it is no great shock that the off-spinner was also regularly asked to open the bowling for the Proteas in this short form of the game.
45. Shahid Afridi (Pakistan)
6 of 50
74 T20Is; 77 wickets; 4-11 BB; 20.9 strike rate
No other player in this top-50 list has played in as many Twenty20s as the 74 internationals that inspirational Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi has featured in since the 34-year-old made his debut in this form of the game against England in August 2006.
And with the leg-spinner having also managed to capture 77 victims at a strike rate of a wicket every 20.9 balls in the intervening period, it is not hard to see why Afridi is currently ranked the joint-eight best bowler in the world in T20 cricket by the ICC.
44. Daniel Vettori (New Zealand)
7 of 50
33 T20Is; 37 wickets; 4-20 BB; 20.7 strike rate
New Zealand left-arm spinner Daniel Vettori is one of only three bowlers in this top 50—all tweakers incidentally—to have a career economy rate of less than six (5.61 runs per over) during the 33 T20Is the 35-year-old took part in for his country between 2007 and 2012.
However, when you also throw in the all-rounder’s brilliant strike rate of 20.7, then a clearer picture of the Kiwi player’s true worth to his team in this shorter form of the game begins to emerge.
43. Brett Lee (Australia)
8 of 50
25 T20Is; 28 wickets; 3-23 BB; 19.4 strike rate
Another player to have also appeared in the first-ever T20I to be staged between New Zealand and Australia in Auckland back in February 2005, Brett Lee featured in 25 internationals for his country across a seven-year period.
And during that time the fast bowler managed to pick up 28 scalps at an excellent strike rate of a wicket every 19.4 deliveries for the Aussies.
42. Shane Watson (Australia)
9 of 50
45 T20Is; 39 wickets; 4-15 BB; 19.2 strike rate
As with London buses, you wait for one Aussie bowler to appear in this top-50 list—Brett Lee—and then another immediately comes along in the form of well-built paceman Shane Watson.
However, not only does the 33-year-old have an eye-catching strike rate of 19.2, but “Watto” is also currently ranked as the third-best all-rounder in the world in this form of the game by the ICC, making him an absolutely integral part of the Australian T20 setup.
41. Darren Sammy (West Indies)
10 of 50
55 T20Is; 43 wickets; 5-26 BB; 19.0 strike rate
Ever-smiling West Indies T20I captain Darren Sammy has managed to capture 43 wickets for his country at a sensational strike rate of one every 3.1 overs during his 55-international career that stretches back seven years now.
Not only that, the medium pacer—who skippered the men from the Caribbean to their one and only World T20 title so far in Sri Lanka in 2012—is also one of the few bowlers on this list to have claimed a five-for (5-26) in this short form of the game.
40. Pieter Seelaar (Netherlands)
11 of 50
26 T20Is; 23 wickets; 4-19 BB; 18.7 strike rate
Netherlands slow left-armer Pieter Seelaar has been shining with the ball for his country in Twenty20 cricket for over six years now, during which time the 27-year-old has picked up the minimum entry requirement here of 23 wickets in his 26 international appearances.
And with a T20 strike rate of 18.7, the tweaker manages to make it into this top-50 list at an impressively high position of No. 40.
39. Thisara Perera (Sri Lanka)
12 of 50
38 T20Is; 23 wickets; 2-19 BB; 18.6 strike rate
While many may best associate Thisara Perera for the vast distances that the Sri Lankan hits the ball, that would be doing the 25-year-old a grave disservice as the all-rounder is also a more-than-useful bowler.
In fact, the medium pacer has managed to capture 23 wickets in his 38 T20Is to date at an excellent strike rate of one every 18.6 deliveries, making the player a dangerous customer with both bat and ball in hand.
38. Nuwan Kulasekara (Sri Lanka)
13 of 50
41 T20Is; 46 wickets; 4-32 BB; 18.6 strike rate
Crafty Sri Lanka medium-pacer Nuwan Kulasekara is currently ranked as the 10th best bowler in this form of the game by the ICC after taking 46 wickets in 41 Twenty20 internationals since making his debut for his country against Pakistan in October 2008.
However, the experienced 32-year-old has also managed to maintain an excellent strike rate of 18.6 in the six years since, meaning that Kulasekara still regularly commands a place in the world champions’ T20I starting line-up.
37. Shane Bond (New Zealand)
14 of 50
20 T20Is; 25 wickets; 3-18 BB; 18.6 strike rate
No real surprise to see the name of New Zealand’s Shane Bond in this top 50 after the ace fast bowler’s impressive five-year T20I career for his country between 2005 and 2010.
And with the Kiwi having finished with a strike rate of 18.6 during his 20 internationals, Bond manages to sneak in at No. 37 on this list having just passed the minimum wickets qualification requirement of 23.
36. Trent Johnston (Ireland)
15 of 50
30 T20Is; 32 wickets; 4-22 BB; 18.5 strike rate
Trent Johnston is the first bowler from Ireland to make an appearance in this 50-man list after starring for his adopted country in this short form of the game between 2008 and 2013.
And with the clever Australia-born paceman having captured his 32 wickets at a rate of one every 18.5 deliveries, Johnston’s excellent T20I career will always be fondly remembered by those from the Emerald Isle.
35. Sunil Narine (West Indies)
16 of 50
32 T20Is; 38 wickets; 4-12 BB; 18.4 strike rate
West Indies off-spinner Sunil Narine may have only been playing T20I cricket since making his debut for his country against Australia in March 2012, however, already the 26-year-old has shown himself to be a highly effective performer.
In fact, the Trinidadian is one of only three men on this list to have an economy rate of less than six runs per over (5.70), while the tweaker’s strike rate of 18.4 also helps explain why Narine is ranked by the ICC as the second-best bowler in the world in this form of the game.
34. Nathan McCullum (New Zealand)
17 of 50
55 T20Is; 52 wickets; 4-16 BB; 18.3 strike rate
Hugely reliable New Zealand off-break bowler Nathan McCullum has been firing in his fast-paced tweakers with great success for the Black Caps for the past seven years now, picking up more than 50 scalps in the process.
And with the 34-year-old all-rounder striking at a rate of just over a wicket every three overs, the Kiwi finds himself in at No. 34 in this top 50.
33. Ravi Rampaul (West Indies)
18 of 50
22 T20Is; 26 wickets; 3-16 BB; 18.1 strike rate
West Indies limited-overs specialist Ravi Rampaul has featured in 22 Twenty20 internationals for the men from the Caribbean since making his debut in this form of the game seven years ago.
And with the often underestimated pace that the Trinidadian generates from his whippy action, the some-time Calypso Kings opening bowler has managed an excellent strike rate of 18.1 during the intervening period.
32. Kevin O'Brien (Ireland)
19 of 50
37 T20Is; 26 wickets; 3-35 BB; 18.1 strike rate
Despite Ireland all-rounder Kevin O'Brien’s big-hitting batting tending to make most of the headlines in this shorter form of the game, the medium pacer’s bowling for the Emerald Isle should not be discounted.
And with good reason too, as the ginger-haired 30-year-old has managed to snare 26 victims for his country in 37 internationals at a rate of a wicket every 18.1 balls.
31. Mudassar Bukhari (Netherlands)
20 of 50
27 T20Is; 28 wickets; 4-33 BB; 18.1 strike rate
Experienced fast bowler Mudassar Bukhari is the first Dutchman in this top 50, with the 30-year-old having taken 28 scalps for his adopted nation in 27 internationals stretching back six years.
However, it is the rate at which the Gujrat-born seamer has collected those wickets at—18.1—that really makes Bukhari’s numbers stand out, so much so that the player currently has the 31st best T20I strike rate in this list.
30. Stuart Broad (England)
21 of 50
56 T20Is; 65 wickets; 4-24 BB; 18.0 strike rate
Only a handful of other players on this list have taken more than the 65 wickets that fast bowler Stuart Broad has managed to pick up for his country in this form of the game in 56 internationals since 2006.
And considering that England’s Twenty20 international skipper has claimed those victims at a brilliant rate of one every three overs, then you can understand just why the 28-year-old is regarded so highly by his team-mates in T20 cricket.
29. Jade Dernbach (England)
22 of 50
34 T20Is; 39 wickets; 4-22 BB; 18.0 strike rate
England paceman Jade Dernbach has an eye-catching strike rate of 18 in the 34 T20Is he has played for his country since making his international bow against Sri Lanka in Bristol in June 2011.
But the reason why the man with a penchant for a slower ball may not be seen much more in this short form of the game is the 28-year-old’s current economy rate of 8.71 runs per over, the highest of any bowler in this top-50 list.
28. Morne Morkel (South Africa)
23 of 50
38 T20Is; 45 wickets; 4-17 BB; 17.9 strike rate
A regular in the South Africa T20I line-up now for the past seven years, beanpole fast bowler Morne Morkel has taken 45 wickets in 38 appearances for his country during that time.
And with the 29-year-old snaring his victims at an impressive rate of one every 17.9 deliveries, the Proteas star comes in at No. 28 in this top 50.
27. Wayne Parnell (South Africa)
24 of 50
28 T20Is; 29 wickets; 4-13 BB; 17.8 strike rate
Following hot on the heels of the first appearance of a South African fast bowler on this list immediately comes another in the form of left-arm paceman Wayne Parnell, with the 25-year-old having appeared in 28 internationals for his country in a five-year career to date.
However, interestingly it is the slower of the two Proteas seamers who actually has the superior strike rate, with Parnell’s 17.8 just bettering his compatriot’s 17.9 in this short form of the game.
26. Tim Southee (New Zealand)
25 of 50
37 T20Is; 45 wickets; 5-18 BB; 17.7 strike rate
Paceman Tim Southee has featured in 37 Twenty20 internationals for New Zealand since making his debut against England in Auckland in February 2008, during which time the 25-year-old has managed to capture 45 wickets.
And that means the player currently has the second-best strike rate of any Kiwi bowler in this list, with the man who takes the new ball for his country in this form of the game having taken his wickets at a rate of one every 17.7 deliveries these past six years.
25. Shakib Al Hasan (Bangladesh)
26 of 50
35 T20Is; 44 wickets; 4-21 BB; 17.4 strike rate
Cunning Bangladesh slow left-armer Shakib Al Hasan has been representing his country in T20I cricket for the past eight years now, with the ever-smiling 27-year-old having collected 44 wickets in the 35 internationals he has played in that time.
And with a brilliant strike rate of 17.4, it is not hard to see just why the middle-order batsman is also currently ranked as the second-best all-rounder in the world in this shorter form of the game by the ICC.
24. Lasith Malinga (Sri Lanka)
27 of 50
57 T20Is; 68 wickets; 5-31 BB; 17.4 strike rate
Hugely experienced Sri Lanka Twenty20 skipper Lasith Malinga has been bamboozling opposition batsmen in this form of the game now since 2006, and none more so than while captaining his country to the World T20 title in Bangladesh back in March.
But it is the 31-year-old’s 17.4 strike rate that really shows just why the curly haired seamer—currently ranked the seventh-best bowler in the world in T20Is by the ICC—has been one of the most outstanding players with a ball in his hand these past eight years.
23. Mitchell Johnson (Australia)
28 of 50
30 T20Is; 38 wickets; 3-15 BB; 17.2 strike rate
Anyone who has watched Mitchell Johnson perform for Australia in any form of the game of late would find it no surprise at all to see the moustachioed paceman’s name in this list of bowlers with the best strike rates in T20Is.
And there is no doubt that his country badly missed the penetration with the ball that the left-armer usually gives them at both the start and end of an innings during the recent World T20 in Bangladesh, with the 32-year-old’s current strike rate being 17.2.
22. Mohammad Amir (Pakistan)
29 of 50
18 T20Is; 23 wickets; 3-23 BB; 16.9 strike rate
One of the stars of the 2009 ICC World Twenty20 in England when Pakistan lifted the trophy, left-arm paceman Mohammad Amir only played 18 internationals for his country before being banned in 2011 by the ICC from all cricket for five years for alleged spot-fixing.
However, the player still managed to pick up 23 scalps in that time at a brilliant strike rate of a wicket every 16.9 balls to leave him at No. 22 in this 50-man list.
21. Mitchell Starc (Australia)
30 of 50
18 T20Is; 24 wickets; 3-11 BB; 16.8 strike rate
Mitchell Starc may only have been playing this form of the game for the past two years after making his Twenty20 debut against Pakistan in Dubai in September 2012, but in that short space of time the Australian paceman has already become one of the best in the business.
So much so in fact that the gangly left-armer is now rated as the sixth best bowler in the world in T20Is by the ICC, as befits a player with an eye-catching strike rate of 16.8 during his 18 internationals to date.
20. Samuel Badree (West Indies)
31 of 50
22 T20Is; 31 wickets; 4-15 BB; 16.6 strike rate
Leg-spinner Samuel Badree has featured in 22 Twenty20 internationals for West Indies during the past two years, and already in that short space of time the 33-year-old has become the No. 1-ranked bowler in the world in this short form of the game by the ICC.
And the tweaker’s present economy rate of just 5.39 runs per over—the lowest of any player in this 50-man list—also goes a long way towards explaining the Trinidadian’s similarly eye-catching strike rate of a wicket every 16.6 balls for his country.
19. Steven Finn (England)
32 of 50
19 T20Is; 26 wickets; 3-16 BB; 16.6 strike rate
Giant England fast bowler Steven Finn has been scaring the life out of opposition batsmen in limited-overs cricket for a number of years now, and none more so than in this particular form of the game where the 25-year-old has taken 26 scalps in his 19 internationals.
And with an excellent strike rate for his country of a wicket every 16.6 deliveries during his three-year T20I career to date, the paceman finds himself in at No. 19 on this list.
18. Abdur Razzak (Bangladesh)
33 of 50
34 T20Is; 44 wickets; 4-16 BB; 16.5 strike rate
Experienced slow left-armer Abdur Razzak has been spinning a web of magic tricks for Bangladesh since making his T20I debut for his country against Zimbabwe back in November 2006.
And having snared 44 wickets during the 34 internationals he has featured in during the intervening eight-year period at an outstanding strike rate of 16.5, the 32-year-old is the highest-ranked Tigers bowler in this top 50 at No. 18.
17. Saeed Ajmal (Pakistan)
34 of 50
63 T20Is; 85 wickets; 4-19 BB; 16.5 strike rate
Pakistan off-spinner Saeed Ajmal may have recently been suspended temporarily by the ICC for a suspected illegal bowling action, however, anyone associated with the game can only hope that the 36-year-old is back playing again soon, especially in Twenty20 cricket.
And that is because no other player in T20Is has taken as many wickets—85—as the mystery tweaker has managed in 63 internationals for his country since 2009, at a rate of one every 16.5 balls—form that means Ajmal is now ranked the fourth-best bowler in the world.
16. Irfan Pathan (India)
35 of 50
24 T20Is; 28 wickets; 3-16 BB; 16.5 strike rate
Left-arm medium-pacer Irfan Pathan turned out with distinction for India on 24 occasions in Twenty20 cricket between 2006 and 2012, picking up 28 scalps along the way with his dibbly-dobbly offerings.
And with a strike rate of 16.5 during that six-year period, the big-hitting all-rounder—who was man of the match when his country won the 2007 World T20 final against arch-enemy Pakistan in Johannesburg—is ranked at a lofty position of No. 16 in this top 50.
15. Majid Haq (Scotland)
36 of 50
21 T20Is; 28 wickets; 3-20 BB; 16.0 strike rate
Scotland off-spinner Majid Haq makes a shock entry at No. 15 in this list of bowlers with the best strike rates in the history of Twenty20 international cricket, having captured 28 wickets at a rate of one every 16 deliveries in his 21 internationals so far.
And as a result, the 31-year-old unsurprisingly finds himself as the highest-placed player from his country in this top 50.
14. Ryan Sidebottom (England)
37 of 50
18 T20Is; 23 wickets; 3-16 BB; 15.9 strike rate
Left-arm paceman Ryan Sidebottom may have only played for England for three years in this form of the game (2007-10), however, it was still enough time for the player to help his country win their only ICC trophy at the 2010 World T20 in the Caribbean.
And the shaggy-haired fast bowler—who picked up 23 wickets in 18 internationals at a strike rate of 15.9—played an integral role in his side’s triumph in the West Indies, especially in the final when taking 2-26 from four overs against Australia.
13. Alex Cusack (Ireland)
38 of 50
30 T20Is; 32 wickets; 4-11 BB; 15.9 strike rate
Ireland medium-pacer Alex Cusack has been playing Twenty20 cricket for his adopted country since making his debut against Scotland back in 2008, during which time the 33-year-old has collected 32 wickets in 30 internationals.
And with an outstanding strike rate of a wicket every 15.9 deliveries for the Emerald Isle in the intervening period, the bowler is currently ranked at No. 13 in this top-50 list.
12. Graeme Swann (England)
39 of 50
39 T20Is; 51 wickets; 3-13 BB; 15.8 strike rate
Former England off-spinner Graeme Swann enjoyed a hugely successful career in this form of the game, with the tweaker part of the team that won his country their first and so far only ICC event at the World T20 in the West Indies four years ago.
And not only that, but the player’s strike rate of 15.8 achieved during his 39 internationals between 2008 and 2012 makes him the highest-placed English bowler in this 50-man list.
11. George Dockrell (Ireland)
40 of 50
26 T20Is; 33 wickets; 4-20 BB; 15.7 strike rate
Slow left-armer George Dockrell has been starring for Ireland in this short form of the game since making his debut against Afghanistan in February 2010, during which time the promising 22-year-old has captured 33 scalps in 26 internationals.
And with the tweaker currently striking at a rate of a wicket every 15.7 balls, Dockrell finds himself ranked at No. 11 in this list, higher than any other bowler from the Emerald Isle.
10. Jerome Taylor (West Indies)
41 of 50
17 T20Is; 23 wickets; 3-6 BB; 15.6 strike rate
West Indies paceman Jerome Taylor took 23 wickets in 17 Twenty20s for his country in a four-year spell between 2006 and 2010, with the player ending his T20I career with an eye-catching strike rate of 15.6.
And as a result, the 30-year-old Jamaican is the highest-ranked bowler from the Caribbean in this top 50 after just reaching the minimum requirement level to enter this list.
9. Ian Butler (New Zealand)
42 of 50
19 T20Is; 23 wickets; 3-19 BB; 15.5 strike rate
New Zealand seamer Ian Butler also sneaks into this list after reaching the minimum requirement of 23 wickets in the 19 Twenty20 internationals that he has featured in for his country since making his T20 bow against Australia in February 2009.
And the 32-year-old’s strike rate of a scalp every 15.5 deliveries is actually the best of any Kiwi player in this entire top 50.
8. Shaun Tait (Australia)
43 of 50
19 T20Is; 28 wickets; 3-13 BB; 15.3 strike rate
Anyone who watched paceman Shaun Tait bowl for Australia in 19 internationals between 2007 and 2011—in which time the 31-year-old captured 28 wickets— will not be surprised at all to learn that the player had a strike rate of 15.3 during his four-year Twenty20 career.
Consequently, this fastest of fast bowlers finds himself stationed at an impressively high position of No. 8 here in this 50-man list.
7. Dale Steyn (South Africa)
44 of 50
38 T20Is; 55 wickets; 4-9 BB; 14.8 strike rate
South Africa speedster Dale Steyn has been opening the bowling for his country in this form of the game with great skill since 2007, with the 31-year-old having taken 55 wickets in the 38 T20Is that he has featured in during that seven-year period.
And with the paceman having collected those scalps at a stunning rate of one every 14.8 balls, Steyn is the highest-placed Proteas player in this list.
6. Umar Gul (Pakistan)
45 of 50
56 T20Is; 80 wickets; 5-6 BB; 14.1 strike rate
No great surprise to see Pakistan seamer Umar Gul featuring so high up in this 50-man list, with the 30-year-old having been one of the cornerstones behind his country’s huge success in this form of the game since making his Twenty20 debut back in 2007.
And with a fabulous strike rate of 14.1, the paceman who is renowned for his ability to bowl bone-crushing Yorkers right at the death of an innings, as well as his 80 wickets in 56 internationals—the second-highest total in the history of the game—sits at No. 6 here.
5. Yuvraj Singh (India)
46 of 50
40 T20Is; 23 wickets; 3-17 BB; 14.0 strike rate
All-rounder Yuvraj Singh has been part of the India Twenty20 setup since they won the inaugural World T20 in South Africa back in 2007, during which time the 32-year-old has picked up 23 wickets in 40 internationals.
However—and to many people’s possible surprise—the slow left-armer’s current T20I strike rate of a wicket every 14 deliveries means that Yuvi is the highest-ranked bowler from his county in this list after just reaching the qualification cut-off of 23 scalps.
4. Ajantha Mendis (Sri Lanka)
47 of 50
39 T20Is; 66 wickets; 6-8 BB; 13.4 strike rate
Experienced Sri Lanka off-spinner Ajantha Mendis has the honour of currently possessing the best-ever bowling analysis in the history of Twenty20 cricket, after finishing with astonishing figures of 6-8 against Zimbabwe in the World T20 two years ago.
But it is more the mystery tweaker’s 13.4 strike rate during his 39 internationals that really catches the eye, with the 29-year-old—who was part of his country’s squad that were crowned world champions in March—the highest-placed Sri Lankan in this 50-man list.
3. Dirk Nannes (Australia/Netherlands)
48 of 50
17 T20Is; 28 wickets; 4-18 BB; 13.0 strike rate
Dirk Nannes began his Twenty20 international career with his adopted nation the Netherlands back in the 2009 World T20, before the Melbourne-born left-arm paceman then switched allegiances to Australia.
And having snared 28 wickets in 17 internationals for both countries between 2009 and 2010 at a stunning rate of one every 13 balls, the player has the third-best strike rate of any bowler on this 50-man list.
2. Ahsan Malik (Netherlands)
49 of 50
17 T20Is; 26 wickets; 5-19 BB; 12.7 strike rate
Medium-pacer Ahsan Malik has only been representing the Netherlands in this shorter form of the game since making his Twenty20 debut against Canada in March 2012, during which time the 25-year-old has picked up 26 wickets in 17 internationals.
And even though the player is one of only six bowlers on this list to have registered a five-for so far in his T20I career (5-19), it is actually more the Dutchman’s sensational strike rate at present of 12.7 that makes him stand out among his rivals here.
