A Match Made In Heaven: The Braves Need a Bat, Hank Aaron Needs a Job.

All of these may help, but I've come to the conclusion that they are not the Braves best option.
Obviously, the Braves ideal move is to reach into the past and pull out the best offensive player the team has ever known: Hammerin' Hank Aaron!
No one has hit more home runs or had more RBIs in Braves history. Sure he's getting a little older, but he must have a few more big flies left in his bat.
In fact, this could be a great public relations move on the Braves part.
After a season in which the Braves have gotten a bad rap for letting John Smoltz and Tom Glavine leave the organization, who better to bring back than a popular former player?
Imagine a line-up with Chipper Jones batting 3rd and Aaron hitting 4th.
There is no better protection in the line-up for a future Hall of Famer than an actual Hall of Famer.
What Braves fan wouldn't want to see Aaron recapture the home run crown from Barry Bonds? He only needs eight homers to retake the lead. Imagine the crowds at Turner Field as Aaron approached the record...again.
Besides, it's not like his defense would be any worse than Garrett Anderson's.
So, we need to stop discussing whom the Braves should trade for whom and petition Frank Wren to bring back Hank. It's the kind of low-risk, high-reward move that could push the Braves to another World Series title.
