UPDATE: Friday, Sept. 21 at 12:05 p.m. ET by Ethan Grant
After missing Friday's practice, it appears the Eagles are officially ruling out Maclin for their game against the Arizona Cardinals. According to a report by Eagles Insider on Twitter, the wideout is officially out this weekend.
"Reid: Maclin, Dunlap and Cooper are OUT for Sunday's game.
— Eagles Insider (@EaglesInsider) Sept. 21, 2012"
What that means for the rest of the offense is up in the air. Brent Celek and DeSean Jackson figure to be big as always, and there should be a higher emphasis on the running game with LeSean McCoy.
With Riley Cooper out as well this weekend, the depth at receiver is thin. The Eagles will need a spirited effort from the rest of their skill players to pick up the slack against Arizona.

UPDATE: Friday, Sept. 21 at 11:20 AM ET by Sam Westmoreland
According to a report from Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Enquirer, the talented wideout isn't practicing today:
"Jeremy Maclin, King Dunlap don't appear to be practicing. Neither is in shells, neither had a helmet on
— Zach Berman (@ZBerm) Sept. 21, 2012"
At this stage of the week, it's certainly troubling to see that Maclin isn't practicing again. While he hasn't been ruled out for Sunday, the fact is that this isn't a good sign.
Even if Maclin plays (and no one is sure if he is or not), odds are good he's going to be somewhat hindered by his injuries. Bear that in mind when deciding whether or not to use him for your fantasy team this weekend.

UPDATE: Thursday, Sept. 20 at 2:20 p.m. ET by Tim Daniels
After missing in action at first, Maclin made his way out of the locker room and started warming up to practice with the team, according to Geoff Mosher of Comcast SportsNet.
"Maclin appears to be warming up and will join his teammates in the drills.
— Geoff Mosher (@GeoffMosherCSN) Sept. 20, 2012"
Getting back on the field after missing practice Wednesday is good news for Maclin. The Eagles have a late game on Sunday, which means fantasy owners likely will have to make a decision before inactives are available, so progress is key.
More should be known after Maclin goes through a few practices. Stay tuned.

Jeremy Maclin missed practice this week due to a hip pointer injury, and it appears that same injury is what caused him leave Sunday's game vs. Baltimore.
According to Clark Judge of CBSSports.com, Maclin is questionable to return.

Surprisingly enough, Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin is back in Sunday's game, according to Clark Judge of CBSSports.com.
"Maclin back in game. Wow.
— Clark Judge (@ClarkJudgeCBS) Sept. 16, 2012"
Maclin's desire to stay in the game is something the Eagles should be able to rally around.
---END OF UPDATE---
The Eagles wide receiver has been battling a hip injury to start the 2012 season, and that is the type of injury that won't go away without rest.
Maclin has only recorded one catch on the day, but his reception was a touchdown that brought Philadelphia back into the game.
Last week against the Cleveland Browns in the opener, Maclin caught seven passes for 96 yards and a touchdown.
Philadelphia is currently tied with Baltimore 17-17 in the third quarter. If the Eagles didn't turn the football over four times on the afternoon, this would be a completely different score heading into the fourth quarter.
