Today's AFC North required reading includes reports on a pair of nose tackles added by the Baltimore Ravens, the Cincinnati Bengals' interest in a veteran receiver and a few draft-related notes on the Steelers and Browns.
The Baltimore Ravens recently made two additions to build depth on their defensive line: Ma'ake Kemoeatu and Ryan McBean. McBean was facing a six-game suspension to start his 2012 season, as a result of violating the league's banned substance policy.
McBean countered that suspension with a lawsuit, but Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun reports that suspension has now been reduced to three games, in exchange for dropping the lawsuit.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter (via Pro Football Talk), the Cincinnati Bengals are interested in free-agent wide receiver Braylon Edwards. Bleacher Report's Kevin Van Pelt thinks the Bengals should avoid adding Edwards at all costs.
The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot reports that Browns linebacker Scott Fujita has reserved his right to appeal the suspension handed down to him by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for his involvement in the New Orleans Saints' bounty program. He's likely to appeal once the NFLPA's grievances have been resolved.
Bleacher Report's Leo Florkowski is none too impressed with what the Cleveland Browns have done to the team this offseason, saying that their draft picks actually set the team back a full 10 years.
Apparently, the Pittsburgh Steelers were so enamored with offensive guard David DeCastro, they had a draft-day trade in place with the New York Jets to move up and grab him. As we all know, the Steelers didn't have to make such a move, with DeCastro conveniently falling to them at pick No. 24.
