FA Cup: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Chelsea and 3 Players Most Likely to Score
Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea will clash in the semi-finals of the FA Cup this week, with the winning set to take on the winner of the Liverpool vs.Everton match for a shot at English cup glory.
For Tottenham, this match stands as a chance to play themselves back into form; form that's seemingly deserted them in recent weeks of the Premier League as they chase that vital Champions League spot.
For Chelsea, however, the FA Cup caps off a huge week in their season, with their Champions League match against hot-favorites Barcelona to come later in the week. A win here would surely have them in high spirits heading into that match.

If the Blues are to chalk up a win and progress through to the final of the FA Cup, funnily enough, they'll need goals—especially with the offensive capabilities Tottenham has shown all year.
And if it's goals they're after, here's the three players most likely to end up the hero for Chelsea.
It's hard to talk about Chelsea scoring goals and not mention Frank Lampard—the man who seemingly holds their attack together at times.
The English midfielder is the club's leading goal scorer in the Premier League with 11 goals this season; over half of these have come away from Stamford Bridge also.
Throw in to that mix the fact that Lampard will assume responsibility should there be a penalty situation, and he may well be a good option to grab a goal in this one.
2. Juan Mata
Unlike Lampard, Mata hasn't found the back of the net when not at home—slotting all six of his goals this season at the Bridge. However, Mata has the poachers touch when it comes to finding the back of the net such as his late goal-winner against Wigan Athletic two weeks back.
For me, Mata has shown this year a tremendous goal-scoring ability, even if some of those goals haven't gone in. I think back to an incredible David de Gea save on a Mata free kick in particular, to show that the midfielder certainly knows where the goal is and how to get there.
With a free-flowing game possibly on the cards late in this one, there's a great opportunity for a player like Juan Mata to become front page news and grab the game-winner.
No, that it is genuinely a serious selection.
Torres may have been the joke of all England with his seemingly failed transfer from Liverpool to Chelsea and the criticism wasn't far off base—the striker simply wasn't scoring goals like he should have been doing.
However, with the final goal against Aston Villa two weeks back, Torres showed that his goal-scoring life isn't over and that he still has the ability to find the back of the net.
The Spaniard has eight assists and seven goals to his name this year—two of those goals have come in his four FA Cup games so far; that number could very well be five after this one is finished.
Overall
As far as significance goes, there isn't much greater than the semi-finals of the FA Cup against a fellow English Premier League side to raise some inspiration.
Chelsea will know the importance of starting this week off well, and could come out firing with an early goal to Frank Lampard. It will then be a matter of hanging on for the Blues, who will take everything that Spurs throw at them to hang on with a 1-0 victory.
Having said that, watch Mata and Torres closely—they very well could also find their names on the scorers sheet.
