Kansas City Chiefs: Should They Go After Tim Tebow?
With the recent news that future Hall-of-Fame QB Peyton Manning has signed with the Denver Broncos, many have begun to speculate about the future of current Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow.
That's right, I'm talking about the same Tim Tebow that sent shock-waves through the nation last year when he used his unconventional style as a QB to will the Broncos to a division title and playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
He's also the same Tim Tebow that has gained many supporters and naysayers by using his strong Christian faith as a platform for his success on the football field.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Due to the massive hype that has surrounded him over the past year, many teams have already expressed interest in the former first-round pick's services.
Even though they haven't expressed interest in him yet, the Kansas City Chiefs are another team that could go after Tebow.
That leads me to ask, is Tim Tebow a fit with the Chiefs?
Let's take a deeper look into that question.
Kansas City does need a quarterback right now, as they will be going with Matt Cassel again for the fourth straight season, and he has shown little to make this team believe that he can lead this franchise to their first playoff win since 1993.
The Chiefs could use a spark at the QB position, which Tebow can provide as he showed last season with Denver.
Plus, the idea of Tebowmania in Kansas City would likely bring in more revenue to the team, as they would surely sell more season tickets this year.
The Chiefs also have a strong contingent of talented play-makers on offense, which is something that Tebow has yet to see in his brief NFL career.
Surely, the former Heisman-winner would love to hand the ball off to Peyton Hillis and Pro-Bowl RB Jamaal Charles each game.
The major concern with Tebow has been—and will continue to be—his overall accuracy, especially when throwing the ball down-field.
This is something that Cassel has struggled with throughout his career as well, but is something that Tebow will have to improve on greatly if he wants to continue to be a starting NFL quarterback in the future.
In the end, KC will have to like much more about the 23-year-old Broncos QB than just his deep passing if they were to acquire him.
With nearly all signs pointing to Matt Cassel being the Chiefs' starting QB in 2012, it doesn't seem likely that Kansas City will pursue him if and when he becomes available.
Until Denver decides to part ways with him, we will all have to wait and see where Tim Tebow will land in 2012, but right now, it doesn't appear that it will be Kansas City.
