WWE News: How The Rock Feels About Reports of Backstage Heat
The Rock has backstage heat with the boys in the WWE, but he doesn’t seem to care.
Reports surfaced earlier this week that “more than a few people” were upset with The Rock getting a spot in the main event of WrestleMania 28, with the feeling being that he’s preventing full-timers from doing the same. An anonymous WWE superstar even sent a text to PWInsider that ripped The Rock and his involvement at the biggest pay-per-view of the year.
Well, The Rock has responded to his critics with one simple post on Twitter, and he’s not mending any broken fences.

From SEScoops.com:
"A fan sent The Rock a message on Twitter, asking:
“@TheRock – haters claim ur keeping them from wrestling @ Mania & they cant get over. Y couldnt they get over when u were gone?”
The Rock responded with the following message, which is sure to rub a few people the wrong way:
“@TheRock: The ones who are complaining are the ones who will never get over anyway, Too busy complaining.”
"
If The Rock didn’t have heat before, I think we can safely say that he does now.
Either he knows which current WWE stars have a problem with him being involved with WrestleMania and/or he just insulted a big chunk of the WWE roster by basically saying that the fans could care less about them. But I don’t really have a problem with it.
Anyone who has beef with The Rock obviously does so because of one thing: jealousy.
They’re upset that, like The Rock says, he is over, and they aren’t. It’s a matter of pure envy and nothing else.
That jealousy heavily clouds their judgment, however, and prevents them from realizing that The Rock is going to benefit everyone in the WWE when it’s all said and done. He’s going to bring in higher ticket sales, spike ratings and sell more pay-per-views, and in turn, it’s going to put more money in all of the superstars’ pockets.
It’s not surprising that these superstars are envious, but if they look at the bigger picture, they would be glad that The Rock is helping out the business that made him a star.
Trust me, without The Rock wrestling at WrestleMania 28, there wouldn’t be near as much interest in that PPV as there currently is.
