Patriots Release Photos, Renderings of New Football Training Facility in Foxborough
The New England Patriots began construction on their new training facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts on Wednesday, and they gave fans a first look at the project with a series of photos on social media:
The Patriots announced that the new football-exclusive training center is expected to be completed by the spring of 2026. Suffolk Construction, which recently redesigned the north end of Gillette Stadium, has been tabbed with spearheading the renovations once again. The three-level structure will more than double the square footage of the team's current practice area located inside Gillette Stadium.

"The whole project is designed around the players and the player experience," Kraft Sports and Entertainment Chief Operating Officer Jim Nolan said in the release. "As teams and team operations have grown, it was time for us to design a larger facility exclusively for the operation of the football team. The main floor is designed for where the players will work out, train, rehab, relax, and eat. The top floor is designed for where players and coaches will watch game film, strategize and meet."
The new facility will feature a nutrition center and expanded weight rooms and training rooms, the latter of which will include "hydro" capabilities such as hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, a pool and an underwater treadmill. The building will be the new home for the Patriots' football administration offices and meeting rooms while adding a media workroom, a player lounge and an open-space locker room.
The Patriots rank last in the AFC East with a 3-10 record as they enter their bye in Week 14. They will be trying to end a three-game losing streak when they return to action on Dec. 15 against the Arizona Cardinals (6-6).
