Ravens' Lamar Jackson Trolls Tiki Barber on Social Media with Patrick Queen Post

After former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen agreed to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, star quarterback Lamar Jackson took to social media for a hilarious response.

Jackson sent a message to Queen that invoked a now-famous quote by former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber and included a picture that made it clear he was trolling:

Miami Dolphins star receiver Tyreek Hill also got in on the fun, sending the same message to guard Robert Hunt, who bid farewell to Miami after signing with the Carolina Panthers:

When reports surfaced that longtime Giants running back Saquon Barkley was signing with the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday, Barber said during his show on WFAN Sports Radio, "You're dead to us, Saquon. Good luck, you're dead to me." Barkley didn't take very kindly to the comment and fired back at Barber on social media:

Barber told ESPN's Jordan Raanan that his comment was made in a "tongue-in-cheek" manner. Still, it's clear that this will be the quote of the offseason when players move from team to team in free agency.

Queen going from the Ravens to their biggest rival does come as a bit of a surprise. After Baltimore chose not to exercise his fifth-year option, Queen put forth the best season of his career and earned second-team All-Pro honors as well as his first Pro Bowl selection after finishing with career highs of 133 total tackles and six passes defended.

Jackson surely won't enjoy seeing Queen on the other side of the line of scrimmage when the Ravens and Steelers meet twice during the 2024 season, but he still has no hard feelings about his former teammate moving on to a new situation.
