Tim Tebow Will Lead the Denver Broncos to a 6-10 Record This Year
Tim Tebow will lead his Broncos to a 6-10 record this year. Will he become a top 15 quarterback? No. Should he start on your fantasy team? No. Should he even be on a fantasy team? Probably not.
It remains a possibility that Tebow manages the game from a passing standpoint and forces the issue with his running ability. It is equally possible that Tebow has a very efficient season ahead if the coaches change their game plan and tailor it to his strengths—something similar to what the Carolina Panthers have done with Cam Newton.
It is a no-brainer that the Broncos should immediately contact Urban Meyer and figure out a handful of Tebow-specific packages that best utilize his skill set.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Now that Tim Tebow is officially the starting quarterback of the Denver Broncos, I think he will excel where most quarterbacks do not—in the locker room and on the practice field. There is no absolute measure for heart and that elusive “it” factor that can be the difference between a group of entitled men versus a group of men who play for one another and are there to win.
Tebow will continue to prove his doubters wrong and will fight for his teammates. But, the NFL does not award just having some heart and a feel-good story. This kid also knows how to play. In his career, he has an abysmal completion percentage at 50 percent, but besides that, he has been a pretty good rookie quarterback who will certainly improve under the tutelage of John Fox and John Elway.
In the 12 games he has played, he has six passing touchdowns, seven rushing touchdowns and four turnovers. How can we ridicule and dismiss a rookie quarterback with those numbers? For comparison-sake, Mark Sanchez, who had a significantly better supporting cast and defense, had 10 touchdowns and 17 interceptions in his first 12 games.
Taking a look at his days at Florida are absolutely unthinkable and unmatchable—in 55 games, he threw 88 touchdowns for almost 10,000 yards and had 57 rushing touchdowns for almost 3,000 yards.
Are you kidding me?! He was the best player on the best team in the country so his statistics must be taken with a grain of salt. What must not be undermined, though, is his incredibly unique will to win. We have all heard it before, and most of us have probably mocked it at least once—Timbow has been a savior that has worked with missionaries with kiddos in Thailand and has given motivational speeches in jails, here in the US.
It goes without saying that his will to win and the will to motivate his teammates is unmatchable. He is the best collegiate leader on any football team in history, and he will likely become one of the best leaders in the NFL when he takes the reigns as the starting quarterback of the Denver Broncos next Sunday against the Dolphins.
Will Tebow suddenly become the next great quarterback? Probably not. But he will succeed as the Broncos quarterback and continue to prove his doubters wrong while making the most of his opportunities? Absolutely. I can guarantee you one thing: he will make his teammates better, energize the city and the fanbase and will deliver on the football field.
