Is LeBron James Being Fair to the Cavaliers with All the Knicks Talk?

Mike KentSenior Writer IMarch 1, 2009

For once, I am happy I am a Knicks fan and not a Cavaliers fan.

It looks like LeBron James is flirting with the Knicks, and that does not look like fun for the Cavaliers.

If you are a Knicks fan, you are probably very happy with LeBron right now; I know I am. The Knicks are looking at better days in front of them.

Last year at this time, the Knicks were giving up, getting killed by the rest of the NBA. Now they are keeping games against the best teams in the NBA like Boston, LA, and Orlando close. Better days are on their way.

And to top it all off, it looks like the Knicks are going to be the front runners for LeBron James in the offseason of 2010.

But the Cleveland Cavaliers fans are not on the same road. They may be one of the best teams in the NBA, but they know their days with LeBron James are limited.

But the winning ways helps forget the painful future ahead of them. They are 45-12 with a 18.0 game lead over the Bucks in the Central Division.

I think LeBron James is getting too close to flirting with the Knicks. He is talking about New York and MSG like he already knows it is going to be his home.

He has shown that he would be honored to play for the New York Knicks. I am not blaming him for wanting to play for the Knicks, I just think he shouldn't show it before the offseason of 2010.

He is a great guy; I don't think he would do this on purpose.

If the Cavaliers fans don't agree with this article then the article does not have any meaning, this article is for them.

Good luck to both teams.
