Iyana Verduzco vs. Miguelina Hernandez: Down the Stretch

Hernandez switched from lefty to a right-handed stance and flicked a busy left jab but didn't land anything of great significance. The change did slow Verduzco's work rate, however, though the 24-year-old Californian landed well late in the fourth.

Verduzco dug in and began winging shots to start the fifth, but Hernandez landed well with a jab and was more precise. Hernandez took the initiative in the back half of the fifth and had Verduzco, who was bleeding from the nose, retreating across the final 60 seconds.

Hernandez's class began to tell to start the sixth round as she stalked Verduzco and landed shots against the MVP house fighter. No telling what the official cards look like, but it's 4-2 for the Dominican on the B/R card with two rounds to go.

Iyana Verduzco vs. Miguelina Hernandez: Three Rounds In

The clearly well-schooled Hernandez fought off her back foot from a southpaw stance in the first round and was particularly effective with a long right jab. Still, Verduzco pressed the action and may have gotten nods from judges because of those visuals.

Verduzco pressed the action to begin the second round and scored well when she boosted her work rate and threw in combination.

Verduzco appeared to be the stronger puncher and her shots had more visual impact than Hernandez's whenever she landed through three, taking a 2-1 lead on the B/R scorecard.

Next up it's Verduzco, billed as "Right Hook Roxy," looking to stay unbeaten and improve to 8-0 in a career that began in 2023.

She's scheduled for eight rounds at featherweight with Dominican export Miguelina Hernandez, who's 4-0 as a pro with three KO wins.

Hernandez was a two-time Olympian and works with standout male middleweight Carlos Adames.

Jocelyn Camarillo vs. Ashley Felix: Fight Result

Felix nicked a couple rounds on one scorecard and one on another, but Camarillo was still a clear winner and walked away with a unanimous decision with tallies of 58-56, 59-55 and 60-54.

B/R also had it 60-54—or six rounds to zero—for the winner.

Jocelyn Camarillo vs. Ashley Felix: Fight End

Too fast, too slick and too good.

That was the story for Camarillo through each of six rounds against Felix on the way to what figures to be a wide unanimous decision.

The B/R scorecard gave her all six rounds for a 60-54 shutout.

Jocelyn Camarillo vs. Ashley Felix: Down the Stretch

With one round to go in the main card opener it seemed academic for Camarillo, who'd used her quick hands and superior technique to win each round in clear, if not dominant, fashion.

Blow-By-blow man Corey Erdman labeled Camarillo as a future superstar in women's boxing.

Jocelyn Camarillo vs. Ashley Felix: Three Rounds In

Camarillo began the fight by moving forward and initiating exchanges, but Felix gave as good as she got through the first round, Camarillo was moving forward and had an apparent edge in hand speed along with more precision with her shots.

Camarillo was faster, sharper and busier in the second round and she began the third with a flurry that had Felix reeling along the ropes. The 11-fight veteran endured, however, though it seemed pretty clear Camarillo had earned a 30-27 edge on the B/R scorecard.

Jocelyn Camarillo vs. Ashley Felix: Fight Start

It's pro fight No. 7 for unbeaten women's prospect Camarillo, the 22-year-old Californian who won three fights in 2024 and two more in 2025 before winning her sixth straight against Isis Sio in March.

Her opponent, Felix, is 21 years old and has gone 7-4 with a KO and is coming off a decision loss to Sa'Rai Brown-El in June.

Number Crunching

Amanda Serrano v Cheyenne Hanson

They've still got to get in the ring and fight. But it's clear that most people involved in the line-making business are confident Amanda Serrano takes care of business tonight.

The decorated Puerto Rican is a -3000 favorite on DraftKings, which means it'd take a $3,000 outlay to generate a $100 profit if she wins. Meanwhile, Lucrecia Manzur is a +1100 underdog, meaning a $100 bet on her means a $1,100 windfall if she pulls the upset.
