Raheem Morris Was Totally out of Line to Eject Brian Price, Drop F-Bomb
While I certainly appreciate Raheem Morris' passion, his actions on the sideline and at his press conference during Sunday's game were completely unacceptable.
For those who haven't heard, Morris flipped out on when defensive tackle Brian Price was flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct during the third quarter of Tampa Bay's 38-19 loss to the Carolina Panthers.
Morris was clearly not happy with Price's actions, since he then took the extraordinary step of ejecting the second-year pro from the game and sending him home. While I admire him for sticking to his guns and setting an example, his postgame press conference wasn't exactly becoming of an NFL head coach.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Morris dropped an F-bomb when describing why he sent Price home. He claimed the penalty was foolish and it let everyone, including his teammates and the fans, down.
While that's a fair point, the 35-year-old head coach needs to do a better job of keeping his cool. How can he expect his players to remain calm and think on the field if he lets himself fly off the handle on the sidelines or after the game in his press conference?
While Morris has certainly set the bar high by sending Price to the locker room after a stupid penalty, he needs to hold himself to the same standard. NFL coaches need to watch what they say and how they act, and Morris is no different.
Again, I respect what the young coach is trying to do. He expects a lot out of his players, and that is to his credit. But at the same time, he can't just go making irrational decisions or swearing in press conferences because he's upset.
Ejecting Price from the game certainly sent the young man a message, but Morris also could have sent the message by sitting down and talking to his young defensive tackle.
And he also didn't need to admonish him during his press conference or swear while doing so.
Something tells me Price understood what he did was wrong after he was sent off the field.
