WWE Video: Actor Jonah Hill Talks Pro Wrestling and Why It Is a Sport
CBS Sports' James Brown recently sat down with actor Jonah Hill, who was promoting his upcoming appearance on WWE Raw.
Hill did not end up on the show this week, but the video has some interesting tidbits from the Superbad star.
Hill talks of being a wrestling fan during his childhood, as many people were. When asked who his favorite wrestler was he replied without any hesitation with "Roddy Piper."

Jonah Hill is best known for his comedy acting skills, but seeing him in a WWE ring joking around with some of the wrestlers would be hilarious.
Hill's small stature would make him seem like a child next to the bulked-up behemoths of the WWE locker room.
One thing that struck me as interesting was when Brown asked Hill if he thought Wrestling was real or if it was all fake for entertainment purposes. Here is what he had to say.
""I think it's a sport. I think Hulk Hogan said it, even if you know what happens you still hurt. It is a performance. The winner is predetermined, so it's not a surprise. The Globetrotters are wonderful athletes, but clearly you know they're going to beat the Generals."
"
I think Hill echoes the sentiments of many WWE fans. Unfortunately for WWE fans the guest appearance they were expecting from Hill did not happen.
WrestlingInc.com is reporting that Hill had actually taped his segments in L.A. prior to the show and with the show having been rewritten since then, WWE felt the clips would not fit in with the new show.
There is still a chance WWE will splice in some clips of HIll promoting 21 Jump Street and The Sitter.
The only thing I find funny about this is that the arena and audience will look totally different if they splice in a pre-taped segment into a live show.
I know they have done this before, but it is still a bit strange when you see a whole different set of people in the front row than you saw five minutes earlier.
What do you think? Do you agree with Jonah Hill that WWE is a sport or is it just entertainment?
