Panthers vs. Colts: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Radio, Game Time and More
The Carolina Panthers are back on the road, but this time around they'll face the winless Indianapolis Colts.
Both teams continue to struggle this season, and even though the Panthers are putting up points, they cant find a way to win.
Carolina is on a three-game losing streak, but the Panthers have only won one of their last seven games. They played very well on offense last week, but lost a shootout to the Detroit Lions.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Colts are locks for the No. 1 draft pick next year, as winning a game this season looks highly unlikely. They're fresh off a bye, meaning they've had ample time to prepare for rookie sensation Cam Newton, but the Colts offense will still find it hard to put up points.
With that said, let's take a look at some specifics of this Week 12 showdown.
When: Sunday, Nov. 27 at 1:00 p.m. ET
Where: Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, IN
Watch: FOX
Listen: WBT 1100 AM in Charlotte, WFNI 1070 AM in Indianapolis
Live Streaming Audio: NFL.com Audio Pass ($29.99 for year, $27.99 team specific, $9.99 a month)
Betting Line: Carolina (-3)
What's At Stake?
The Colts have nothing to lose here, as they can't get any worse. Although, if they're awful after a bye week then it really sets an alarm off in Indianapolis.
For the Panthers, this is a game Cam Newton has to win. He's been a surprise this year with stellar performances, but he still has a hard time winning. His defense doesn't help him out, but he still needs to find a way to make the most of every position. If he fails to beat the Colts I don't see how he deserves the Rookie of the Year Award.

Fantasy Start 'Em, Sit 'Em, Sleeper
Start: Cam Newton, QB
The Colts may have had extra time to prep for Newton, but they aren't going to limit his production. Newton and Steve Smith will connect early and often, leading to a great fantasy performance. The Colts rank 22nd in the league against the pass and 31st in the league against the run. Newton is bound for a solid day.
Sit: Any Colts receiver
Without Peyton Manning, the skill players in Indianapolis are struggling. Sure, Pierre Garcon had a few big games, but other than that the Colts offense hasn't had much success. Curtis Painter shouldn't be starting in any fantasy league, and neither should his receivers.
Sleeper: Donald Brown, RB
The Panthers have given up the most fantasy points to running backs this season, so look for Brown to have a good showing. If the Colts are going to score, it will be Brown who finds the end zone. His carries have greatly increased over the last three games and he'll see a lot of action on Sunday.
What They're Saying
Scott Fowler covers the Panthers for The Charlotte Observer, and he tweeted some numbers on Cam Newton that really illustrate what kind of year it has been for the rookie.
Nobody expected much from the No. 1 overall pick, but when he passed for over 400 yards in each of the first two games of the year people were expecting a quick turnaround for Carolina.
Newton fizzled out and has proven he and his team still fail in crunch time. He's only a rookie, which means he has plenty of room to grow and develop into an elite quarterback. Newton is having a hard time winning, but one thing is certain, he can play in the NFL and will be here for quite some time.
Jim Irsay is the owner of the Colts, and he tweeted his thoughts on how his team is feeling after having last week off.
Are they perhaps dreaming of drafting Andrew Luck in the 2012 NFL draft? Because that is exactly where the Colts are headed right now. At 0-10, Indianapolis has to think of the future. The Colts will hear from a lot of teams should they land the top overall pick, but they'd be wise to keep it and draft Luck.
In no way do I believe any team is taking part in the "Suck for Luck," but it's clear the Colts aren't a good team. Manning isn't getting any younger, and the future of the franchise is at stake. Drafting Luck and having him learn from one of the best quarterbacks in the game is simply a no-brainer.
Panthers Player To Watch
DeAngelo Williams hasn't been himself this year, as Newton does take carries away from him. Still, though, the Colts run defense is one of the worst of the league, which means Williams should have a great day.
He gets around 10 carries a game, but this Sunday I wouldn't be surprised if he gets more. Keep an eye on him to see if he makes the most of his opportunities, or if he falls flat on his face against a less-than-stellar run defense.
Colts Player To Watch
Deciding to stay with Curtis Painter over these last couple of months was the right move for the Colts. However, in the last two games he has been pulled for Dan Orlovsky in the fourth quarter.
If Painter wants to remain the starter for the rest of the year, he has to come through with a solid showing on Sunday. Then again, maybe he wishes to return to the backup QB role—you never really know.
Key Matchup
The Colts pass defense has to prevent Newton from a monster performance. We've seen what Newton is capable of this year, and if he comes out hot and dominates, the Colts are in for a very long day.
Newton is completing 60 percent of his passes on the year, and he is very capable of shredding the Colts secondary. Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis have to get after the rookie and frustrate him to no end. If the Colts can slow Newton down, they have a chance to get their first win.
Prediction
Since the Colts have nothing to lose, they'll come out swinging to pump up the home crowd. Unfortunately, they will fail to keep up with Panthers offense, leading to their 11th loss of the year.
Newton won't surpass 400 yards, but he will break 300 and show the NFL that he can be dominant. Of course, everyone will say it was only the Colts, but it will still be a great morale boost for the rookie.
