Week 11 Start Em Sit Em: Frank Gore and Injured Stars You Must Bench
San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore should be banished to the bench of your fantasy football team in Week 11 of the NFL season.
Gore is battling a knee injury, but against a bad Arizona Cardinals team, the 49ers could rest Gore and allow his talented backup Kendall Hunter to take the majority of the rushing workload.
Let's look at three star players you must not start on Sunday if you want a successful week for your fantasy team.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Beanie Wells
Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells is questionable for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers with a knee injury, but is likely to play, according to USA Today.
Wells, however, is facing the best run defense in the NFL in the 49ers this week, a unit that is allowing just 73.2 rushing yards per game.
The Cardinals have to throw the ball to succeed on Sunday, and when the 49ers build a lead Arizona will have no choice to abandon the running game.
Do not start Wells this week. Even if he was healthy, I would still consider sitting him against the NFL's best rush defense. It's just a terrible matchup for him.
Julio Jones
Atlanta Falcons rookie wide receiver Julio Jones has had trouble staying healthy this season and is questionable for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans with a hamstring injury.
Jones has played in seven games this season and has caught more than five passes in a game just twice.
With the emergence of wide receiver Harry Douglas in the Falcons passing game, in addition to their dedication to the running game with Michael Turner, starting Jones just is not worth it this week.
The Falcons also play at 4:15 p.m. ET, so if you start Jones and don't have a chance to substitute him if he doesn't play, your team will really suffer.
Frank Gore
Gore is questionable for his team's game against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday with a knee injury, but it looks like he might play.
Even if he does, Gore will be limited, and you cannot expect the 49ers to give him a ton of carries when they are certainly capable of beating the Cardinals without their star running back.
Gore's backup, Kendall Hunter, has played quite well this season, and is averaging 4.8 yards per carry. Against a strong Giants defense last week, Hunter carried the ball just six times but rushed for 40 yards and a touchdown.
Expect Hunter to get most of the carries this week for the 49ers.
