Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Cleveland Browns: Spread Info, Line and Predictions
The Jacksonville Jaguars hit the road to take the Cleveland Browns in a game that won't be all that pretty. Both teams are 3-6, hoping to get out of their slump and put together an impressive showing for all four quarters.
While I don't think this will be a fun game to watch, it will still be close at the end. Neither team will dominate the game, and in the end, one of them will have to perform well in the clutch.
The Jaguars are coming off an easy win over the lowly Indianapolis Colts, and the Browns are looking to end their three-game losing streak.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
With that said, let's take a look at some specifics of this AFC showdown.
When: Sunday, Nov. 20 at 1:00 p.m. ET
Where: Cleveland Browns Stadium, Cleveland, OH
Watch: CBS
Spread
The Browns are favored at minus-1, which is a fair line. This is a pick 'em game because neither team is far better than the other. The Browns are the favorites because they're playing at home, but since their team is quite depleting, I like the Jaguars to pull out the victory on the road.
Over/Under
The over/under is set at 34, which may seem really low, but neither team's offense is all that great at scoring. The Browns and the Jaguars are averaging nine points per game in their last four contests, so take the under.
Key Injuries
For the Jaguars, DE Aaron Kampman (hamstring) and DT Terrance Knighton (ankle) are both listed as questionable.
For the Browns, RB Montario Hardesty (calf), WR Mohamed Massaquoi (head) and DT Jabaal Sheard (thigh) are all questionable. RB Peyton Hillis (hamstring) and DB T.J. Ward (foot, finger) are out.
Fantasy Big Plays
Since the Browns' run defense is ranked 30th in the NFL, Maurice Jones-Drew is even more of a must-start than usual.
He's averaging 4.5 yards per carry this year, and he will have no problem rushing for over 100 yards, as the Browns have given up more than that to one running back in the last three games.
Chris Ogbonnaya is a sleeper in this game for the Browns, and he'll be a better option if Hardesty is unable to play. His carries continue to increase for every game, and coming off a game where he had 90 yards on 19 carries, I expect him to do even better this Sunday.
Also a gut feeling that field goals will be prominent in this game, so if you're in dire need of a kicker, look to Phil Dawson of the Browns and Josh Scobee of the Jaguars. Dawson has hit six field goals of 50-plus yards, and Scobee has hit five from that distance this season.
Keys to Jacksonville Win
The Jaguars need to play mistake free and conservative football. Let Jones-Drew do his thing, and the ground and pound will cruise on by the Browns. Jones-Drew won't have any trouble against Cleveland's putrid run defense.
It's up to Blaine Gabbert to avoid costly turnovers, as it will give the Browns ample opportunities to win the game. Gabbert was a touchdown interception ratio of 6-5, which shouldn't come as a surprise considering this is his rookie year. Still, though, he has to be smart on Sunday.
Keys to Cleveland Win
The Browns defense will need to step up and find a way to prevent Jones-Drew from owning them for all four quarters. He's the type of back that wears down a defense, and if that happens, the Browns are in trouble.
Cleveland's offense has been less than stellar all season long, which means somebody will have to step up on Sunday. Greg Little is emerging as a solid receiver, but he's yet to find the end zone this season, and that has to change this week.
Prediction
Jones-Drew will prove to be too much for the Browns, and the Jaguars will edge one out in the final quarter. This won't be a very great game until it comes down to the wire, but at least you don't have to watch the struggling Colts again.
