WWE Survivor Series 2011: 7 Reasons We Shouldn't Trust John Cena
Can't you see it coming?
The look on the face, the twitch in the eyes and the smile that is half-hearted like everything is a joke.
Yes, that is John Cena I am talking about. The man that is the marketing dynamo for the WWE.
But now, there is the rebirth of The Rock and things change very easily in the "business" of wrestling.
So much so is that change, that some are talking about a "heel" change for the Vanilla superstar; we already see it in movement, tone and attitude.
And for that reason, the question has to be asked, "Can John Cena be Trusted?"
Here are seven reasons why he cannot be trusted right now heading into Survivor Series.
You Can See a Change in His Demeanor in the Ring
1 of 7Not that there is a sense of urgency, but a sense of picking things up a bit.
Cena seems more deliberate and more dramatic in the ring. Maybe he is just tired of being jumped all the time by The Awesome Truth.
The Interaction with Mick Foley Bombed
2 of 7He seemed so against the conversation, the act and the dialogue, it was almost stupid.
Well, it was and Raw was stale, but he looked like he was tired of the jokes and the playfulness Cena is usually accustomed to.
The Rock Is Definitely More Popular
3 of 7The Rock was around like he owns the joint.
Cena has to scratch a little to grab hold of the joint and needs to be a little more forceful. He is not that way right now.
The Rock Is Better on the Mic in a War of Words
4 of 7The two jawing at each other in the final segment was not all that great—Rock carried it.
The fans loved it.
Cena loses cool points when he is around Rock and lost cool points around The Awesome Truth as well.
The Rock Upstaged Cena Monday Night
5 of 7The look on his face said it all, and when Cena said to him "See You Sunday," you could tell something might be up.
The trust factor has to be there and it isn't. His "girly parts" were showing on national television.
We Still Have Not Seen a Dramatic Factor to This PPV
6 of 7Will it be Cena who gives us this?
I sure hope so. The Survivor Series needs a swift kick in the ass.
Cena could show he can carry this by proving he has the stones to change the course of the event.
It's Time for a Change
7 of 7The vanilla and "Frooty Pebbles" act has to go.
While he is great as a leader and a someone the kids can look up to a great support of our military, Cena's best chance of really gaining respect in the WWE right now from the fans is to turn heel.
The time is right, will he make the right move?
