Arsenal FC: Gunners Receive Huge Boost as Holland Agree to Rest Robin Van Persie
Arsenal fans can breathe a little easier during this annoying international break, after Holland coach Bert van Marwijk agreed to leave star striker Robin van Persie out of the game with Germany.
Sky Sports is reporting that van Marwijk has agreed to let the Gunners skipper return to North London. The report indicates that van Marwijk reached a compromise with Arsene Wenger, agreeing to only play van Persie in Holland's first fixture.
The Dutch striker featured against Switzerland on Friday but can now return to the confines of the Emirates Stadium and focus on preparing for the Gunners tricky looking away trip to Norwich on Saturday lunch time.

The news of van Persie's omission from the Netherlands national team will come as a huge relief to Arsenal fans.
The international break has always been the most nerve-wracking time when it comes to van Persie staying fit.
The Gunners have been robbed of the services of their influential forward on more than one occasion, thanks to an injury suffered in a meaningless friendly.
This season more than any other, has highlighted just how much Arsenal need van Persie in the lineup. With difficult fixtures on the horizon, the squad needs its leading scorer if they are going to continue their recent positive form.
The win over Chelsea proved that Arsenal are still capable of achieving significant victories in difficult away games.
A repeat of that kind of performance against an in-form Norwich side, is the best way to cement Arsenal's current revival and move them a step closer to regaining their top four status.
A fit and able van Persie will go a long way to ensuring this kind of performance.
