WWE News: Could John Morrison Be on His Way to TNA?
John Morrison, the Prince of Parkour, has been the subject of much discussion recently. He is not being used properly by the WWE, who seem intent on burying him as much as they can.
Are they wasting a perfectly good talent? Probably, but what will inevitably be WWE’s loss, will likely be TNA’s gain.
John Morrison is a phenomenal athlete with many skills at his disposal.

After stellar showings at both the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, it seemed he was set for main event glory. However, neck injuries and backstage politics have meant that Morrison has stayed grounded in the mid-card, more recently becoming the laughing stock of the WWE Universe.
I think it would be fair to say that by now, the WWE Universe is starting to lose interest in the Shaman of Sexy, as his character seemingly has no direction.
TWNPnews.com reported the following a few hours ago:
"John Morrison is no longer being advertised for WWE’s upcoming tour of Japan, which takes place November 30 and December 1, 2011 in Yokohama. Kevin Nash is now advertised for the two-date international tour.
WWELiveTour.com is not advertising Morrison for any events after the November 28, 2011 RAW Supershow in Columbia, South Carolina. He was advertised for a Raw live event taking place on January 6, 2012 in Jackson, Mississippi, but pulled last week.
"
Now, when you are being replaced by an aging veteran who many wish had never come back to the WWE, you know you are in trouble. Getting kicked off the tour in favour of Kevin Nash would make me sick to my stomach if I was Morrison.
An older, slower man, who was refused permission to compete a few months ago, has taken a spot that Morrison could quite easily have filled with his explosive high-flying parkour style.
It is looking less and less likely that John Morrison will continue to be humiliated by the WWE.
Examiner.com reported the following information earlier today:
"Over the last few days, reports have come out in regards to John Morrison's final dates as an active wrestler for the WWE. As of Friday, Morrison is not scheduled for any events after November 29th. It remains unclear when exactly Morrison's contract ends. However, according to a Saturday November 12th report by WrestlingInc.com, Morrison has his eyes on TNA after his time is up with the WWE.
It's common practice for the WWE to place a 90-day no compete clause after a wrestler's contract is up. Morrison's contract has been rumored to end at the end of 2011. If true, then he wouldn't be able to compete in TNA until the end of March 2012.
"
If he had any sense, John Morrison would spend Christmas at home with his family, then wait until March, when he could become a main event star in TNA.
In what I believe would be a major acquisition for WWE’s main rival, John Morrison could be used in many ways in the smaller, more experimental promotion.
He could debut a new gimmick, he could be used in the X-Division to get him started—he could even be the next TNA Heavyweight Champion. The possibilities are endless...a lot like recycling.
One thing is for certain, he isn’t going to get anywhere in the WWE whilst being a glorified jobber.
He has just become another failed project by a company I believe may be losing its grip on the professional wrestling world.
I would love Morrison to go to TNA and do what Christian did for himself—become the star he won’t be in the WWE.
