Dolphins vs. Giants: 5 Adjustments Miami Must Make for the 2nd Half
The Dolphins are trying to get their first win, on the road in New Jersey. They're facing a 4-2 Giants team that somehow still seems to be very beatable. Here are five adjustments Miami should make to take this game in the second half:
1. Pressure Eli Manning
Manning has looked pretty comfortable in the pocket so far. The Dolphins secondary needs to put in a little more work to get him scrambling and maybe force him into an interception or two. While he has a history of winning, Manning can make silly mistakes when he's being pressured heavily.

2. Open Holes for Reggie Bush
Bush has gotten his share of touches, but the offensive line has to do a better job of opening holes through the line of scrimmage so he can break through for a few runs of extended yardage.
3. Execute in the Red Zone
Miami must continue to make smart red-zone plays, where they've had significant difficulty in the past. They were able to get on the board first, thanks in part to an unnecessary roughness penalty against the Giants. To win this game, they have to prove they can execute without help from the opposing defense.
4. Matt Moore Must Keep Playing High-Level Football
Matt Moore is looking like an elite quarterback through two quarters. He's rushing the ball, completing passes, and making good decisions all around. If he can keep this up for another 30 minutes before falling back to earth, the Dolphins should have little trouble going back to South Florida with their first W.
5. Avoid Sacks
Until that last few minutes of the second quarter, Matt Moore had been untouched. Then the league-leading sack machine that is the Giants defense finally got one on him. The Dolphins must avoid this in the second half, because right now, Moore is their offense.
