WWE RAW: Twitter Reaction from Monday's Supershow
WWE RAW took place live from the University of Texas in Austin last night, and it included plenty of fallout from Vengeance and built toward next month's Survivor Series.
It all started with COO Triple H calling out former best friend Kevin Nash for interfering in his match at Vengeance. Nash attacked Triple H during the match and delivered a thunderous jack knife powerbomb.
The Miz and R-Truth capitalized on Nash's involvement and defeated Triple H and CM Punk. Triple H was attacked from behind by Nash with a sledgehammer on RAW and was about to be taken to the hospital. However, Nash hit Triple H in the face with the sledgehammer for good measure when he was strapped to the backboard.

There was mixed reaction to the interaction between Triple H and Nash. Some thought that it was the highlight of the night as evidenced by this tweet:
Others were unimpressed and are already tiring of Nash. I personally find Nash to be quite entertaining, but not everyone is a fan of nostalgia:
Announcer Michael Cole continued his burial of the legendary Jim Ross. A couple weeks ago Ross was "fired" by interim RAW general manager John Laurinaitis. Then, last week, Ross teamed up with John Cena to defeat Cole and WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio as Ross made Cole tap with an ankle lock.
Cole proceeded to show poorly photoshopped images of good ol' JR in embarrassing poses. Ross seems to have been used and abused by the WWE often over the past few years, and some fans are fed up with it:
Cole also issued Ross an invite to RAW next week to compete in the "Michael Cole Challenge." There is no inclination as to what exactly the Michael Cole Challenge is, but Cole said that he would quit if JR beat him. Many are hopeful that this will allow JR to reclaim his seat next to Jerry "The King" Lawler at the RAW announcer's table:
Self-proclaimed Internet Champion Zack Ryder has been red hot over the past few months thanks, in part, to his Z! True Long Island Story YouTube show. Ryder received a shot at Dolph Ziggler's United States Championship at Vengeance, but lost due to interference from Vickie Guerrero and Jack Swagger.
If that wasn't bad enough for "Zack Pack" members, Ryder was scheduled to team with John Cena against The Miz and R-Truth in RAW's main event. Prior to the match, however, Ryder was incapacitated backstage by Miz and Truth. Ryder fans are understandably worried about what this might mean for his future prospects:
Seeing as Survivor Series is still considered to be one of WWE's "Big Four" pay-per-views, it should come as no surprise that the build has already started. Not only does it look like CM Punk will challenge for Alberto Del Rio's WWE Championship, but The Miz and R-Truth will face John Cena and The Rock, whom Cena hand picked:
It was announced a couple months ago that Cena and Rock would be competing on the same team in a traditional five-on-five Survivor Series match, so their partnership doesn't come as a surprise. Whether it remains a regular tag match or expands to an elimination match, fans are just happy that The Rock is returning:
It was once again apparent on Monday that the interim RAW general manager may be the most uncomfortable person on the mic in the entire company. CM Punk amusingly made light of that fact, and fans have certainly taken notice of Laurinaitis' shortcomings:
It was almost impossible not to notice the loads of new Twitter graphics employed on RAW's telecast. Not only were they showing tweets from superstars earlier in the day (Wade Barrett comes to mind), but a large graphic would pop up every time something WWE-related was trending. John Morrison must be jealous of Twitter's push:
Speaking of John Morrison, his Barry Horowitz-esque losing streak continued, as he was humbled by Wade Barrett. It wasn't long ago that Morrison seemed to be on the verge of entering the main event scene. Now, some fans think he ought to get the full jobber treatment:
As with any RAW, some loved it, some hated it and most were somewhere in between. There is no denying that there were some entertaining aspects, and things should get even more intriguing the closer we get to Survivor Series.
