WWE Vengeance 2011: Big Show Will Defeat Mark Henry with Help of Kane
The prevailing thought throughout the Internet wrestling community appears to be that Mark Henry will continue his momentum by destroying Big Show at Vengeance on Sunday. And for that reason, don't be surprised if Big Show walks out of the AT&T Center with the World Heavyweight Championship.
The World’s Largest Athlete has been on quite a roll since returning from a four-month hiatus. He's speared the champion and has also put him through the announce table that seemingly everybody other than Randy Orton can easily destroy.
It's surprising the WWE would give Show such a big push immediately following his return. Before being put on the sidelines by a Mark Henry dive onto his chair-covered ankle, he was toiling around in a then underutilized tag team division with Kane.

But he definitely had a reason for vengeance and since Mark Henry had seemingly scared away everybody else in the locker room, it was a good decision.
Kane, who was also put out of commission by Henry's patented diving-chair maneuver, is the wild card in this scenario. He's due back from his extended absence soon and coming back to help Big Show win the title would be the perfect opportunity.
Henry's character has been built up so well that it's clear there is no single man that can beat him right now.
The Hall of Pain is full of wrestlers who couldn't match the World's Strongest Man's incredible power. So, if Big Show can come back and knock off Henry by himself, it would ruin months of a great character push, not to mention make Randy Orton look really weak, which the WWE would never do.
In typical WWE fashion, the referee will be knocked out cold by an accidental collision with one of the behemoths, which will allow Kane to run in and make his presence felt. As Michael Cole loves to exclaim, “There's the numbers game!”
Henry will put up a big fight in the process, which will allow his character to remain strong moving forward, but eventually Big Show and Kane will do enough damage to keep him down for a three-count once the referee miraculously recovers.
If there's anything diehard members of the WWE Universe know, it's that when everybody thinks one thing it going to happen, expect the opposite. There are usually just two exceptions to that rule–John Cena and The Undertaker's streak.
Like Henry, Big Show is a veteran worker that WWE loves due to his size and power. Both men's in-ring work leaves a lot to be desired, but it's the character that the company loves. And another title run, albeit likely a short, dominant one with Survivor Series on the horizon, might be in the cards.
At Vengeance, expect the unexpected because that's how Vince McMahon loves to operate.
