NFL Picks Week 6: Lions vs. 49ers and 3 Games That Won't Hit the over
For those of you that don't care about outcomes of games and just care about the points, this is for you.
Here's a look at three games from Week 6 of NFL action that are sure to be low-scoring.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
First of all, I'm still not convinced Alex Smith has become the quarterback everyone thought he was back in 2003. He especially won't be that quarterback on the road against a Lions defensive line that can seriously cause mayhem in the backfield.
Despite what they did against Tampa Bay last week, the 'Niners are going to struggle to move ball in this one. Maybe 14 points, tops.
That leaves Detroit to score 33. While this offense is certainly capable of doing just that, it will be tough against a very good San Francisco defense.
Besides a huge play to Calvin Johnson and two huge runs by Jahvid Best, the Lions actually had trouble moving the ball against Chicago on Monday night. The 49ers' superb linebacking corps should limit the big runs, leaving only Megatron for one or two big plays.
Still, though, San Francisco is giving up just 15.6 points per game on the year. Take the under.
St Louis Rams at Green Bay Packers (48)
My feeling in this one is that the Packers get out big, something like 21-0 or 28-0, and coast the rest of the way.
I mean, their offense isn't going to be stopped by anyone, let alone the Rams. And their defense looked much stronger against the Falcons on Sunday night, so Sam Bradford better watch out.
The only worry about this one is if the Packers get up to 42 or so, it will be hard to hit the under. But like I said, once up by 30, they should turn to the run game and coast.
Buffalo Bills at New York Giants (50)
50 is fairly high for an over/under, so the offense will really have to get going if this one is to hit the over.
Call me a skeptic, but Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Bills offense has looked far from perfect on the road, and Eli Manning is sure to throw a few picks against a Buffalo team that leads the league with 12 INTs.
These teams have a lot of weapons, sure, but I don't think this is the right setup for a high-scoring game.
