Fantasy Football Week 6: Matt Schaub and Biggest QB Busts
It's everyone's favorite time of the week. This is when you start breaking down matchups and determine who you have to start and sit for your fantasy team.
The good news is you don't have to make the decisions, we will make them for you. The problem is you need to accept what we say implicitly, which can be difficult because we could be in your league and just trying to hurt you for our own selfish gain.
We would never do that, though, because it is not very professional. We are here to help you make the best possible decision, especially with your quarterback.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Quarterbacks have had their way with opposing defenses this year because the new rules have all been skewed to favor them. However, there are some weeks when even the best of the best tend to struggle.
Here are a few star quarterbacks to avoid playing this week.
Matt Schaub, Houston at Baltimore
One of the reasons the Texans have been so inconsistent for the last three years is because of the up-and-down play of Matt Schaub.
He has the ability to put up big numbers, and often does, but he can't maintain that high level of play for 16 games.
This season has been no different. He was having a great game against Oakland last week, but made a terrible decision at the end of the game that cost the team the win and broke the hearts of fantasy owners everywhere.
Now he gets to take on a ferocious, attacking Ravens defense, and he is dealing with a sore shoulder and thigh bruise that will hinder his performance. If that's not bad enough, he could be without Andre Johnson, who is dealing with a hamstring injury.
Joe Flacco, Houston at Baltimore
Speaking of inconsistent, let's look across the field at Schaub's counterpart on Sunday.
Joe Flacco entered the season with high expectations after last year—3,622 yards and 25 touchdowns. However, he has been terrible through four games, completing just 49.3 percent of his passes.
Until he proves that he can play at a high level on a week-to-week basis, you can't start him with hopes of scoring a lot of points.
Alex Smith, San Francisco at Detroit
After six seasons of disappointment, Alex Smith is starting to look like a capable NFL quarterback. He hasn't been the most dynamic passer in the league, but he is playing infinitely better than he ever has, completing 65.9 percent of his passes with seven touchdowns and just one interception.
The problem is he does not throw for a ton of yards and is going up against a Lions team that has one of the best defensive lines in the NFL.
The 49ers offensive line has shown improvement the last two games, but it will be no match for Ndamukong Suh, Nick Fairley and the big bodies Detroit has up front.
Smith will get hit early and often, which will lead to a lot of turnovers and some very unhappy fantasy owners.
