Tim Tebow: Broncos Need to Incorporate Star QB into Offense Every Week
Fans of the Denver Broncos have been impatiently waiting the 2011 debut of Tim Tebow, and they finally got their wish in Week 5 against San Diego. Now that he has made his presence felt, it is time for John Fox and the coaching staff to make him an integral part of the game plan every week.
Before Tebow came into the game in the third quarter, the Broncos' offense was scuffling, to say the least. Kyle Orton had 34 yards and was just 6-for-13, and the team was trailing 23-10.
The Broncos needed some kind of spark, and Tebow gave them what they were looking for. Sort of.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He led two fourth-quarter touchdown drives to make the score 29-24. They had a chance to win it with a Hail Mary at the end, but his pass fell short.
After the game, fans at Sports Authority Field in Denver were chanting Tebow's name. But Fox was non-committal about what he was going to do when the team plays again in Week 7.
""Tim Tebow sparked the team today. (But) we haven't had a chance to watch the tape, we haven't had a chance to watch the film, we haven't had a chance to visit as a staff. So, I think at this point—we have a bye week—we do need to improve offensively, and it will all be up for discussion."

The best thing for the Broncos will be to keep Orton as the starting quarterback. But, and this is the key, make sure to use Tebow in 10-15 plays every game.
Regardless of how the fans feel, Orton is a better pure quarterback than Tebow. He deserves to remain the starter for this team as long as he is healthy. They aren't struggling just because of Orton. They are struggling because they just aren't a good team right now.
Tebow provided a spark in this game, but it is too soon to say what kind of NFL player he is going to be. He did not have a performance that makes you stand up and take notice.
His final line was rather uninspiring—4-for-10 for 79 yards, six carries for 38 yards with two touchdowns, one rushing, one throwing—so he is not exactly doing anything to take the job away from Orton.
No one wants to talk about Robert Ayers' forcing Philip Rivers to fumble the ball and set up the Broncos' final touchdown, or Knowshon Moreno turning Tebow's screen pass into a 28-yard touchdown.
Tebow needs a chance to show what he can do in a full game, and he should be given the opportunity because this team isn't going anywhere this season, but don't base your opinion around this one game because he had help from other offensive players.
The Broncos need to use Tebow in their offense more than they have this season, but don't anoint him the starter yet. He had help from the players around him on Sunday, which is something Orton has not gotten a lot of.
